Would give 0 stars if I could. Not only this location but wallgreens pharmacy in general. I have used at least 6 different locations to try and fix the problem and unfortunately my insurance only covered at wallgreens. They never have my prescriptions. I show up they didn't get it even though i called to make sure they did. Or they give me the wrong prescription. Or they give me the wrong amount. Or I have to wait 2 hours and i show up and they still have to order it. It's just absolutely ridiculous. Or one time they sent my refill to wallgreens in NC when I have never ever once lived outside of Florida...

Pharmacist gave me the incorrect information for using insulin for the first time in a needle regarding dosage.I could tell he have zero Fs when asking him vital life saving questions so I went home to that internet and double checked him. He was wrong.I went back to the store because internet is suspect and I told him what I found and he confirmed the internet was correct and that is what he told me. It was not. I repeated what he told me and the questions that I asked him. My biggest red flag is every time I asked him a question he said “I think”. He was super pisses I dared question him even though his wrong information could have been fatal. This is not a Walgreens issue as far as I know, never had an issue with them before and using them for decades.I will not be dropping this, this guy is going to kill someone and reading the other reviews of this pharmacy they are either all about him because this has happened often and before or they have issues with people following rules.Obviously you love whoever you’re picking medication up for. Don’t go here, it’s incompetence issue as well as one of not caring. They don’t care if they could kill you, they are annoyed at any questions.

The guy who was this last Saturday in the pharmacy does not know how to do his job. Literally lied and told me that my refills of my antidepressants where expired and couldn’t give me my medication, 2 days with out my antidepressants because of him and his errors. Thanks to the pharmaceutical lady that’s working today October/16/2023 she gave me my medication with out a problem.The guy should be fired.

this is the absolute worst pharmacy around. Every time there is an issue the store is horrible. I have contacted Walgreens corporate to let them know. I had contacted Barbara Price the store manager Barbara price could not have been any less concerned with anybody but Barbara price. A store run. This bad starts at the top so this off all straight to Barbara Price's shoulders. Walgreens 800 number does not care. I will be transferring every one of my prescriptions over to Amazon.

This is the worst pharmacy and I willing drive 30 minutes out of my way normally to avoid using this location. I've been trying to fill my focalin script for a week and a half and they've cancelled it twice for no reason. Told me it would be ready at 11, it's 2pm now and they called me to tell me they don't have the full script but I can pay double the price for only 10?¿ not to mention they're SO rude every single time you call to ask why they cancelled the prescription AGAIN. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else in the entire world just not here.

Best place for vitamins and over counter items and always has a sale so you can buy one for yourself and a family member and split the cost. Makes things a lot easier in this economy

I was there today had a very bad experience the lady in the pharmacy was rude gave me an attitude that I won't even accept it for my kids she told me I didn't have insurance I told you I did she gave me a hard time then I went to a manager and talk to the manager and he was a manager had attitude I don't think I'm ever going back to that Walgreens again I'm changing my prescription to somewhere else it is one of the bad experience I've ever had at a Walgreens people need to go home and go to sleep and we Saturday the attitude you're very uncalled for I do never go there again

Worse pharmacy ever ! Very bad experience with the pharmacist who actually lied about not having my medicine just because he didn't want to brake a blister of 10 pills for 3 pills only that was prescribed for me. It was dispensed a few days later. Very rude , completely indifferent non caring individual who was also very unprofessional while speaking to me . Poor excuse for what a pharmacist should be .As a health care provider myself i am ambarrahsed that people like him exist.Too bad because staff from all other departments are wonderful .Never see me again Walgreens!

Nery excels any customer service I expected to receive. She’s so kind and sweet, I came in to pick up a few items and ended up walking out with more than I expected to get because of her kindness. With all these places going digital and doing away with the customer service experience I’m just happy to say I’m thankful for her!!

December 25.. the cashier this morning, too rude to me and everyone in line in front of me, very bad mood... really pick your cashiers better,And much more on holidays, people do not want these attitudes , she wears glasses and is quite young .

Worst pharmacy ever. First bad experience was with my bronchial inhaler that simply did not work. They refused to replace it, referring me to the manufacturer. In the mean time I'm without an inhaler until my doctor called in a new prescription. This time my doctor requested a specific brand. Then when I went to pick it up they hassled me and tried to force me to take the same generic I got that didn't dispense any medicine.Second issue, really, really long story made as short as I can. I pick up my BP medicine and it's supposed to be a 90 day supply. I get it home and there are only half the number of pills that are supposed to be in the bottle. When I go back to get the rest, the insane head pharmacist insists on just filling the refill to give me a 90 day supply, but still foisting on me the first half a prescription they gave me in the first place.Come to find out they actually used up TWO refills. Now, I am about out and having trouble getting a refill.NEVER, EVER use this pharmacy!!!

This young lady is very rude , unprofessional , sarcastic & immature. Definitely should be fired immediately. She was very rude and giving me a lot of attitude as I arrived for my COVID 19 vaccine. I never dealt with someone so unprofessional at Walgreens in my life & she is definitely a poor representation of the company. I will never return to this location for any reason!!!

This Walgreen is a disgrace! The MOST fowl customer service we’ve ever received at the pharmacy. No customer service, no greetings, and the consultation/pickup/drop off are 2 different lines. After waiting 15 minutes in the consultation line, we were told with quite the bit of rudeness that we’re in the “wrong line”….We were the ONLY ones at the pharmacy. So ok, we go to the second line, the lady goes, “can I help you with something?”So now we’re getting processed, talking down to, which again, rudeness, short tempered responses, very dry and overall not welcoming demeanor. We asked to add the flu shot so that it saved her time, she answers “it’s $45!” And nothing to follow. At the end we didn’t get out shots because they did all the changes and THEN tell us that we need our medical card. Why the heck didn’t you say so before.!

Fairly convenient location, a bit smaller than any other Walgreens I’ve been to, but it was very clean inside. That’s, about it. I went to get a booster shot and the staff just seemed to be very rude. Told the person behind the pharmacy desk that I had an appointment for a covid booster shot, initially she didn’t seem to understand me. She told me that I need to make an appt. I told her I already did. Seemed a bit dry, but it was fine. While I’m filling out paperwork, I hear another person talking a bit rudely to the ppl at the drive thru… on my paperwork I noticed it said I was getting the first vaccine. I went to verify that I was getting the booster shot, and if it made a difference. I didn’t like that it mentioned I was getting the first vaccination after I even showed my vaccination card. The person who gave me the shot (about 20 minutes after my scheduled appt), opened the door, called my name. As I got up he slammed the door shut, which left me confused. He then opened the door and handed me a mask and told me I need to wear it to be in the restricted area, which… I have no problem doing so, it wasn’t such a big deal for me. Asked my date of birth etc for verification and then jammed the needle right in my left arm. My last couple of shots I felt my arm hurt after the next day. My arm currently hurts simply due to the way he just jammed it in there. Then said, you’re done wait outside for 15 minutes. Absolutely, HORRIFYING experience for me, and I’ll never come back here.
