The pharmacy operations manager is amazing she really helped me with my medicine when the other store was rude and treated me like I wasn’t a human being. Thank you so much for helping me and handling everything and making everything so easy I will not forget about you. You are amazing and deserve to be running all the Walgreens pharmacy’s in Florida. True representation of what customer service is! Thank you!

Very bad customer service! Horrible phone staff—I don’t understand why their system has to make delivery orders problematic when they cannot adjust their system correctly!! Their system gatta be fixed in order to have clients orders run smoothly.

had a very bad cough and when I tried to get it checked out at mini clinic I was told that I needed my social security card to be treated.even though I had my Medicare card

Cashier was too busy with her conversation to check us out for about 5 minutes. Ignored us when we tried to get her attention twice, and wouldn’t check us out until she was done with her casual non work related conversation. Wish she had a name tag so I could leave her name. Awful employee.

How can a store with such horrible service still be even in business? I don't get it. Specifically the pharmacy. I can't remember ever coming across a group of people who care less about their customers, and frankly, their jobs. It is not at all uncommon to walk up to the counter and find nobody there, yet you can here them back around the corner chatting away. One time I rang the bell, and someone yelled "we'll be right with you" and then went back to finish the "chat" before coming out to the counter. I could go on. And on. And on. This place is just horrific, and I sincerely hope that someone at Walgreen's corporate will take notice, as this store is giving the company a VERY bad reputation. I for one will not be returning anytime soon. Seriously, that many one-star reviews and nobody notices?

Extremely Rude pharmacy Technicians, they speak to a patient in a condescending way , always threatening customers that get upset, that they will black list them . So my question is if I come for my Nitroglycerin; does this mean they won't serve me and allow me to die in front of them Savona ? I think that's man slaughter. but hey, what do I know Ally?Krgds

It appears everyone's moving to Publix we went there today to get my prescription which I had verified 2 days ago it was there they had given it away to somebody else they could not refill it they offered to take it from somebody else that is not a good way to do busiyes I was pretty upset I need my breathing medication. They no longer fill prescriptions at that pharmacy they have it shipped in from another location. I might just get my med shipped to me it might be more accurate apparently

Horrible attitude and zero help. Go elsewhere. Waste of time and the ladies who work there have snappy attitudes for no reason. Disgusting how they run this pharmacy.

This has been my walgreens for the last 10 years that I've lived in Altamonte Springs but I won't be returning. Which honestly saddens me because of the convenience of the location being close to my job and my home. The last two visits I have experienced judgment by the cashier on duty over my son. She had made remarks on his size for his age previously and today repeatedly asked me what I had done to my child because he was covering his face while she was talking to him. My child has ASD and does not act like other children and is not where he should be for his age developmentally but I don't feel like this is something I should have to feel the need to explain to a cashier that I don't know. I'll choose to go the less convenient Publix down the street for now on.

I have always had a positive experience with this pharmacy. The pharmacists all seem to take their time and answer any questions or concerns I have. My medicines usually are ready without a delay. The staff, although always very busy, like in most pharmacies these days, have always been polite and helpful.

Clean store, pharmacy staff is great is probably one pharmacy staff member that yells a lot, it looks like that person is not the greatest customer service employee but that can be improve with any relevant feedback. The rest is ok.

My friend just had the worst experience at this store. A female cashier at approximately 2:30 PM on 9/15/2021, accused her of stealing when it was the cashiers mistake. My friend went into the store to buy a few items, she ended up getting a tobacco product so the cashier had to retrieve it. Unbeknownst to my friend, the cashier never put the product in the bag so once she got to the car and realized she immediately returned to the store to notify the store associate. The associate, instead of recognizing her error, insisted that she had put it in the bag so my friend must be lying. My friend insisted that if the associate would just count the number remaining in the box that she would find there was an extra one (the associate has to open a new box for this item anyways). Instead, she had a manager review the camera footage. My friend was thoroughly embarrassed from this and of course the manager had the store associate give her the product because indeed, it was the associates fault. I think it is unacceptable that my friend was treated this way. Instead of re-entering the store for less than a moment for the associates mistake, she had to wait 10+ minutes for a resolution on something that was not her fault. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because every other time we have visited this Walgreens the associates have been friendly and knowledgeable. This person we encountered today is nothing like the other associates and did a despicable thing accusing my friend when she was the one at fault.(I’ve updated to 4 stars because most times I visit this store I have pleasant encounters but there a few employees who need a tune up on their customer service skills)

The manager of the pharmacy was extremely rude to me after I called a second time in a month to ask when I could get some meds that are very important to me. The drug store staff could not be nicer, but I waited over an hour for a flu shot and still never got it. I know they're understaffed, but the pharmacy staff seems like they could care less. Would absolutely not recommend coming here for any of your vaccines.
