Extremely Rude pharmacy Technicians, they speak to a patient in a condescending way , always threatening customers that get upset, that they will black list them . So my question is if I come for my Nitroglycerin; does this mean they won't serve me and allow me to die in front of them Savona ? I think that's man slaughter. but hey, what do I know Ally?Krgds

This has been my walgreens for the last 10 years that I've lived in Altamonte Springs but I won't be returning. Which honestly saddens me because of the convenience of the location being close to my job and my home. The last two visits I have experienced judgment by the cashier on duty over my son. She had made remarks on his size for his age previously and today repeatedly asked me what I had done to my child because he was covering his face while she was talking to him. My child has ASD and does not act like other children and is not where he should be for his age developmentally but I don't feel like this is something I should have to feel the need to explain to a cashier that I don't know. I'll choose to go the less convenient Publix down the street for now on.

Professional staff, I found the vaccines that I needed. I had signed previously online. The process was smooth and fast.

Passport photo service, it is far from having a professional quality, personally, I do not recommend it.

If you complain about wait time, if you're unhappy about "customer service" , I would like to remind you all that the cashier is the low man on the totem pole, upper management neither listens to them, or frankly cares. If you want better people to wait on you, talk the the CEO's, they get paid very well and have wonderful benefits, low man on totem pole has none of this. Pay is most likely not good, no decent hours to work, (they wouldn't want to give out benefits), so call the CEO's, flood their lines with your complaints, tell them to pay people a LIVING wage, then they may get better people. Tell them to cut the salaries of the "upper" management and start paying those who actually do the work.

I want to thank the management for leading by example. I had an issue with some candy and he not only took it all off of the shelf, had a discussion with his staff members, but credited my entire purchase without me knowing. I chatted privately with a Walgreens rep on social media and my concern was reported to the local store manager. It was handled expeditiously. On another note, I used curbside service and it was a seamless process. I selected my items online, was notified my order was ready and I wasn't there 5 minutes before my order was brought to my car. Nothing beats great customer service.

So this incident happened in the Walgreens in Altamonte Springs and the past one was in Canton, Ohio. The newest one I go to now, so far, I like, in Boynton Beach.. the tall male main clerk was Intially rude but I spoke to his Mgr and he has changed his tune to actually pleasant. The Mgr Mark M is really very nice, very professional and helpful!!

This Walgreens Pharmacy is way understaffed to have a drive thru and counter service. Said would be ready in 15 minutes vs the 45-hour wait. Bah

Writing this while standing in line at the pharmacy consultation window while several employees walk by, barely acknowledging my presence, while scurrying about and attending to people who came in line long after me. Not sure if they are overworked or what the problem is, but standing here watching, in my opinion, customer service appears to be the last priority. We will be moving our RXs to CVS, which is right across the street.

This Walgreens is the one closest to my house. There are 2 reasons I ever use Walgreens. One, if they have an excellent sale that beats out all other retail locations. Two, the photo center. I like how I can go in, hook up my phone, and get prints shortly thereafter. I also like that I can order them online at home as well and pick them up in less than an hour. However, today I went in to pick up my photos and did not have a nice experience. I walked up to the photo counter and a girl was stocking items in front of the counter. When she saw me she moved her cart to stock items on an endcap. I pushed the button they have on the counter that alerts a staff member that a customer needs assistance over the intercom. I waited a couple of minutes. A different girl showed up, had a conversation with the girl stocking items, and the girl stocking items insisted she would handle it. Um what??? She saw me walk up, saw me push the button, and saw me wait. Why wouldn't she just have helped me to begin with??? Unbelievable. I think that Walgreens really needs to work on customer service at this location, especially since there is a CVS right across the street.

There isn't anything awesome about this location. Usually Walgreens employees welcome you when you come to the location, this one didn't. The store was and always is clean, fully stocked and organized. I never have a hard time finding anything that I need here. The cashier was friendly and helped me to save $ by looking up rewards from years ago! I'll continue to go back, don't see a reason not to.

Dear Wally, I'm officially not a happy camper with you. Your regular prices have really been on an upward swing while we slept, and some of your sale enticements are a bit of a shell game. But guess what - that's on us shoppers staying sharp and aware, so I won't lay that one on you. But your PRESCRIPTION prices? Oh my. First, why do you tell me 20 minutes, when it ends up being 45+? And why 'reward' the lazy bums who do more harm to the environment who use the drive-through window, always giving THEM preference while we - customers in the store who are better for you (because we have a 100% better chance of buying something in addition of the prescription, seeing how we are IN the store)? While you're at it, prithee explain why my meds were $45 with you, and $13 at Walmart? NOW, do you know why I had to cancel that prescription? I used to enjoy shopping your stores, venturing up and down the aisles. These days, more often than not, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Are you going to change? Sincerely, U.C.

If there were 0 stars, that's what I would rate this place. They are so unorganized. Literally every time I come to pick up my prescription something is wrong...it's either filled at a different Walgreens or they tell me I have no refills when I had just gotten them sent over from my doctor a couple days before, then suddenly after fighting with them for 30 minutes, they miraculously find the refill. I'm so sick of this walgreen. I've never had issues anywhere else. I've waisted too much of my time and energy here. I take medication to prevent migraines. And all that happens when I come here is stress and get a migraine.
