I always enjoy going to Wawa, but this time Joann has made it an especially memorable experience. I ordered a sandwich and it didn't come out quite right, but when I spoke to Joann she helped make things right and was very sweet and professional. People like her are why Wawa remains my #1 favorite sandwich place!
