Excellent service. Our bank teller was super friendly and was able to get what we needed done with much quickness. There is an ATM but not a drive up ATM machine. Check for hours of operation. They vary between locations.

The location has suffered over the last few years. There were only two tellers on the line today. Lucky I went around 2pm when it was slow. I got my transaction done quickly today however there was a line behind me as I was leaving. They are also changing their hours to 9 - 5PM and closed on Saturdays moving forward.

Every single time I come into this bank I am greeted and offered assistance at the door (as I'm walking in) they have a bucket at the door for your umbrella too! I am consistently given great customer service and professionalism. And the best part? They're open until 6pm!! For me someone whose not out of work until 5 then has to rush around to get to the bank, this does wonders for me. Prevents quite a few people from coming in on Saturday's! Thank you wellsfargo!!

This is the only branch located around the 436/434 junction area of Orlando that closes at 6pm!! So for that service option right there, I'm awarding them an extra star :-) I also have to give mad props for the architectural style - its got this lovely Spanish-Mexican influence with deceptively delicate looking wire-doors and a cool glass feature wall. The entrance always delights me, cause it makes me think I am entering an igloo! All the bankers here are fabulous, personable and very helpful. This time a Personal banker by the name of Daniel did a fantastic job of helping me out and so am very grateful to him. Def pleased by my experience and recommend using this branch, especially as its open later in the evening than the other nearby locations. Yelp 132 /2018

This location ALWAYS has the longest waits. I dreaded going in today to get a notary done, knowing this but I was in a rush and they were the closest location to me at the time. Employees LITERALLY standing around giggling and watching as the fellow that was "going to help me next" gets up from his desk and disappears for ten minutes adding to the original ten I waited for him to finish flirting with another customer. I had to get up and walk out, as I was so disgusted at the lack of customer service skills at this location. One thing is for sure is that they're consistent with the lack of effort in professionalism. Never again. I'm opening an account at my local credit union. You would think Wells Fargo would force their employees to step up their game after the fraudulent account scandal they just exposed us all too. Enough is enough.

These people lie to seniors and age discriminate. They don't care about their customers unless it's a big payday. My mother had been pre-approved to buy a home...while we looked we ran into various types of properties. They made us jump thru hoops and each time find some reason to "Drag Their Feet" and not issue a pre-approval letter for the agents to make an offer on my elderly mother's behalf to purchase a home. They never even discussed with us DPA's we had to research them ourselves after a few Realtor reps mentioned them... their office is inept and incompetent. It shouldn't take ten days for a pre-approval letter to be issued nor an underwriter to understand someone may seek out any and all other avenues to obtain a home..like 55 & over communities with modular homes... they peddle FHA loans when a 20 Year lower interest loan with no PMI would suffice. They lie and say the monthly income to debt ratio can only be 43% and they are doing us a favor to push it to 50% when in fact FHA allows 50% debt ratio to you're income for a mortgage. They had a different office for 15K down payment assistance in Cocoa Beach but after two weeks Dusty Smith (Wells Mortgage Counselor) couldn't reach her.. so he says we have a 30K program.. then after the holidays he says it went away.. No it didn't.. Orange County has it and it's called the H.A.N.D.S. program.. he never mentions it since Oct. 2015. A very nice Realtor representative did..and we're registered this Saturday May 7th. We kept them up to date but Wells never corresponded with us regularly..just month to month. But today..whoa after we told them of our dissatisfaction of a disapproval for the loan.. I get (7) emails from ole Dusty Smith how he's sorry but we have to accept responsibility for his lacking in customer service. He even had the audacity to say My mom spent all her assets(savings)..no she didn't. It's still in her account where it's been for eight months...this individual or the whole office must not be able to read so much as a bank statement much less a down payment assistance program name. BS. Kiss My Butt Wells Fargo. You hate seniors and 2nd generation Latin women. My grandfather was born in Mexico and was a proud U.S. Serviceman and earned his citizenship serving on board a battleship defending you're freedoms of commerce. Its a shame this banking branch reflects so poorly on its White-Latino and Female Communities here in Central Florida.

People in this Branch are extremely nice and helpful. They really care for customers. We cannot forget the great and outstanding customer service by Sandy Baumano-Lead Teller-she is really awesome and great. She was able to open for our account Sai Super software solutions inc in a nice manner. She deserves to be recognized. Nancy Bashinski and Amelia are great as well. We need to ensure these three people are recognized.
