“This was my first time visiting this Hot Topic from Pennsylvania as someone who lives in Florida for the winter.
My local friend recommended going to this location since I'm a regular at my Hot Topic at home and my friend said that this location is a very nice and big store. She was correct. I really loved the atmosphere, and the staff that was working on May 10th, 2025, was all very nice. When I asked for help to get a shirt down, the worker that helped me was very kind, and we had a little conversation about the band that was on the shirt that I now own. The store was very well kept, clean and plenty of walking room. I will definitely be coming back again next winter.”

“Francesca’s is one of my favorite shops for dresses. Their clothes are quality, fit right, and last for years. Renee helped me at Altamonte Mall and she was amazing. She helped me find some dresses that made me feel absolutely beautiful. She hand picked dresses, brought different sizes, and was very kind. She made me feel comfortable and happy while shopping with them. A lovely experience. 10/10.”
“My favorite perfume rollerball was running super low during Christmas, so I started looking around for great specials, and I scored. Wanted to get another rollerball, but you're paying $31 for only half of an ounce, so I decided to get another full bottle. Looking throughout different websites (Ulta, Lancome, Sephora) when I took a quick look on Macy's website and found the best price. For $128 (then add on $8 in taxes), I was able to get the refillable 5 fl oz/150ml sized bottle of La vie est Belle l'eau de parfum, which the refill for goes around $90, I am in love. This special also came with a lovely gift of six little makeup items and a pretty makeup bag for future use. This size of parfum usually goes for $168. Even the 3.4 oz one can be $144, so this price was wonderful.I decided to do an in-store pickup because, though I have never had a porch steal happen, one never knows, and this package was too pricey. The email with the instructions on where to pick up at the Altamonte Springs Mall was easy to follow. Walked in and showed my ID a good five minutes later, I was heading home with my purchase.”
“Walked in with the impression of walking out empty handed because I see girls wear these types of clothes but I seem to lack the confidence of following through to wear the same as them. As I was looking around with the thought of leaving after a few minutes, the prettiest young lady; Levine, walked up to me. I’m sure she noticed my obvious confusion and asked me if I needed any help. I told her I was way out of my comfort zone and have no idea where to begin. She then politely started introducing me to items she thinks would look good on me, also helping me look through sizes. Another sweet lady; Eva, politely joined the conversation to also help! After about 15 minutes of us discussing what would work for me, Levine offered me a dressing room. She told me she’d be more than happy to give an honest girl-to-girl opinion on what looks great. She patiently kept her eye on my dressing room door waiting for me to step out. When I did, she ran right over to me fulfilling the promise she made while also giving her honest opinion (which was great advice, she’s very good at putting outfits together) and helped me with anything I needed help with (tying or altering). After putting up with me for about 30 minutes, I was ready to check out. Eva, help me pick out last minute accessories to go along with the outfits before checking out. While at the register, the girls (Levine & Eva) were nothing but pleasant. Thanking me for coming in and letting me know it was a pleasure helping me.

Not only did I feel welcomed here at HM Altamonte, but I was impressed with the level of attention and helpfulness given when trying to find something. “I shop at Loft very frequently. I am so pleased with the service I received from Rossana last weekend. She helped me find the perfect items that looked good on me. She was juggling many customers at once and kept a very energetic and positive attitude. I greatly appreciate good customer service and I will definitely be shopping at this location from now on.”
“The location itself is pretty normal for what you'd expect for this chain. However, the staff here make it exceptional. We were greeted right when we walked in and told about all the different offers and sales that we're going on. We are also offered any help if we needed it while we walked around the store. I was looking for my niece as she really likes the shirts and hoodies that she can get here, however, they don't have one close to their house.As I walked around everything was in order and kept clean. It was easy to shop for the right size because they were clearly marked and in the right place. I like when stores do this because it makes it easier to grab what I want. They had a decent sized sale section in the back of the store for both men and women.At the register there were a couple people in line, however it moved very quickly. This doesn't mean that service lacked here. They were still just as friendly and welcoming at the register Bay. I was able to get one sweater and two T-shirts for just $20.Overall: AGreat experience with wonderful staff. Decent sized sale section!”

“Went to the sunglass Hut located in Macy's and the store manager helped us out I can't remember her name but she was awesome knew her product knew the best deals helped us out with exactly what we needed and felt very comfortable to deal with her,if I always had a salesperson is nice and friendly as she was I would totally only come to that store.”

“Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brett and Brian were the main guys that helped me, but other staff members also contributed to making my first kayak purchase a very enjoyable experience. They threw in a few extras to help me get my kayak loaded and even demonstrated how to load and unload my kayak. They were running some pretty good sales, and even price matched an item for me. If you're in the market for outdoor gear, I highly recommend this place based on the sheer merit of the staff working here.”
