I purchased a Dual 12" sub box for a 2023 Ford F-150. The item was awesome and hits hard in my pickup (Using two Sundown SD-4 12's). The reason I had to knock them down is that I purchased the item in October 2023 and I did not receive it until Feb 2024. The gentleman that I dealt with through this time was nice and seemed to want to make everything right. I don't know if there was anything going on that made the manufacturing time longer. He blamed shipping errors. Regardless, I am overall ecstatic with the results but the wait time was excessive.

Took a little longer than 8 weeks to ship out and the sub cutout was a little small for 2 skar zvx 8 had to grind just a tad bit to make them fit overall the box looks very good

Very disappointed with Sound Off Audio Inc. Ordered a subwoofer box for my C5 Corvette. Waited the 8 weeks for delivery. Was excited when I received notification that the box had been mailed. Received a few days later and the box looked amazing!! Couldn't wait to install. Went to place it in my car and unfortunately it didn't fit. The bottom of the box was an inch to wide. Contacted the shop and explained the situation. After my second email, finally received a response that they wanted photos. Sent photos the same day. Crickets for days. Followed up and still no communication. Finally got tired of waiting and fixed the box myself. Wrote another email stating how disappointed I was with their lack of communication. Received a text back a few days later stating that he was putting a new box in the mail. What a Joke!! Told him to keep it. Be weary when ordering.

Awsome !! Fantastic craftsman ship .very good quality. Matt was awsome in getting back right away!! These boxes r no bull!! There strong and durable and fit nice and snugg!! Im glad i waited on this box and dident settle for somthing cheaper !! Thay take a min to build butt trust me its well worth the wait!! Thanxs guys??

Poor customer service and doesn't follow through with what he says he will do. Also, when he responds to your email he doesn't answer your questions. He told me over a month ago (multiple times through email and text) that he would refund my money for the subwoofer box I ordered and he still hasn't gave me my refund.

Sound Off Audio/ Matt is the real deal. After purchasing a 22 Ram 1500 I was told by multiple car audio shops I could not run two 12’s due to limited air space. Made one call to Matt and he assured not only could he do it but would sound great. Just had system installed and sounds absolutely amazing. Even shop was impressed with Matt’s craftsmanship. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a custom truck box. He has been doing this a long time and very knowledgeable and thorough. The wait for the box was definitely worth it. This by far is best sub box I have ever had in a truck. Thank you Matt!

I just want to make sure that this company is getting the credit they deserve. I bought a sub box about a month ago and I don't regret my decision to give this company a chance for a second. Everything, right down to the what they tell you to expect is bang on and right up front. The box fits perfectly. I am very happy with my sub box, and would definitely recommend this company. We ordered my son's box late April , received it just at 9 weeks later and it was beautiful. It fit like a glove. My son was so worried the box would never come, LOL, but it did and it looks perfect. Now, he has to do the last few finishes to be extra loud.

I found sound off audio searching and read the reviews. They were horrible , but some people can't be pleased. It says on the site that it would take 8 weeks ,I got mine in 5 ,and I couldn't be more pleased. It is hitting hard with a nice clean sound. I would suggest them to anyone for a custom enclosure.
