We were going on a harmless geocaching adventure that led to this location and the manager came out and threatened to call the cops on us even when we tried to show her our app and explain. Guess you can't have harmless fun anymore....🙄

Everything about this location from the employees, manager, and district manager absolutely is horrible. I refuse absolutely refuse to go back to this location, and because of the district managers lack of managerial skills, I will not visit the one in umatilla or Paisley either. Went in for the last time the evening before Easter. Between my man and I we have six kids which makes it very hard to do any kind of holiday shopping without them seeing. It was well before closing and the store was quite busy. When we got in the line it was still before closing time there were many people ahead of us and people behind us. The attitude between the manager and the regular employee was absolutely absurd. I have never felt so disrespected and unvalued in an establishment in which I pay hard-earned money in. I was a regular customer at this store. We had close to $200 worth of Easter goodies for the six kids, and because of the employee's attitudes, it all got left on the counter. And we spent our money elsewhere. The manager, all snide and condescending, even contacted the district manager over the issue, to which their response was they were not going to deal with it. So like I said, I will absolutely never go back to any local location. And I have heard from many others that I have talked to you about this situation that they themselves have also experienced a similar experience with this location and absolutely refuse to go back as well. Save yourself the stress, just go to the family Dollar by Save-A-Lot. They always have a smile on their faces no matter what time of day it is and value every customer that walks through the door. I have never worked at either establishment, I am speaking strictly as a customer. Dollar general does not carry anything that no other store carries, they are not a niche market, and you can get the same deals with better customer service elsewhere.

The manager was working alone, and I waited 10 minutes in line while she talked to a customer as if they were high school friends. She seemed unconcerned with her actual job; it's not that hard to talk and work.

The AC was broken in Florida in August. Things were literally melting off the shelves and 2 little fans were the only thing they had going.. no human should have to work in that.
