Would not recommend this company at all to anybody. What was supposed to take 1-2 days max to finish the job, it took over 2 months with several follow ups. Overpriced, unprofessional and extremely unresponsive service. If you want job done, pls look for another company to work with, don't waste time with these guys at all.

I would like to add to the review of my husband (Kris V.). The service we ordered could not cost $450 for residential 3000 sq. ft. 1 story house. Period. If you do your due diligence and research the same type of service from other companies – you will find that this price is more appropriate for commercial buildings rather than residential properties. It should have been $250 max, if not less. Let me describe once again the situation in a nutshell and then you decide if it was professional & price appropriate: Technician Jesse came to our house on Wednesday (1/9), spent 30 or less min there, without visiting any of the rooms, promised results to be ready on Thursday morning. Nothing has been done by then. My husband called and called asking for results. Then on FRIDAY AFTERNOON (after multiple calls) the Receptionist (NOT the Technician!) called him back and notified that we need 4 Ton AC unit, without supporting it with any kind of paperwork. And later we saw an invoice for $450 sitting in our inbox – at that time this was the ONLY paperwork/documentation we received from this company. My husband tried to reach the owner Roy to ask why the price is so high and why the invoice states “by room” even though Technician never went to any of our rooms, but Roy has not returned any of his calls. Thus, the only person Kris ever communicated in this company after the estimation was…a Receptionist. Yesterday, 1/29/19, we received some paperwork through our AC Installation Company (Magicool, they fought hard to get it for us) and the date on it was the day Jesse came to estimate (1/9/19). If it’s been done the same day, why we’ve received it 20 days later and after bunch of calls and arguments? Well, you decide if you want to use their services, but please do your research beforehand. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional, extremely overpriced, and extremely unresponsive. All I needed was a manual J calculation to determine the heat load on my house - 3000 sq. ft. 1 story. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am on a Wednesday, and the technician did not show up until after noon. Once the technician began he looked at my air handler and then walked around the outside of my house - he was there a maximum of 30 minutes before leaving, and he said I would have the results the following morning. I informed the company that we were having a lot of people over on the weekend and that our AC installation was dependent on the manual J results. I called the following 2 mornings asking for the results and the receptionist always seemed anxious to get me off that phone as if she was annoyed I was calling. Finally I received the results over a phone call, with no paperwork, on Friday - after it was to late to get the AC installed that week. So we had a house full of people on The Saturday with no working AC and ~70% humidity. Then I received a $450 bill - still with no sort of paperwork, and the bill claimed a room-by-room calculation was performed... I was in the house the entire time and the technician did not go to any of my interior rooms - only exterior. It finally took me having to go through my AC installation company to actually get the results from the manual J calculation. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience using Efficient Energy Services, and I will never recommend anyone using them for any sort of service they may offer.

Jesse came out and tested and balanced our AC for us. Very thorough, respectful and knowledgeable. Solved our AC issues! We had cold rooms in parts of the house but our master bedroom was warm. Added dampers where needed, tested and balanced everything and we are very happy for it. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this company!
