Started harassing me at 7:45 AM. About my reservation… When I arrived, I was told U-Haul made me the wrong type of reservation… Called me several names I thought I was asking questions. I was mortified.

Paid over $1300 for 3 day rental and the truck on the inside had a huge hole that my husband broke his leg when the floor gave way. Then I returned it when I got to the Carolinas. Wasn't late fuel up all the way which was more than it had when I got it. Then this morning they took another $49 out of my account.
