Employees don’t seem motivated to work , seem bitchy and lazy , don’t tell you have a good day back don’t smile just a horrible store I was there a few minutes ago and never experienced such a crappy cashier

I visit this gas station every other day since I live in Alva, and it's the most convenient option without having to drive to Lehigh. While pumping gas outside is usually fine, going inside is always comical. The staff consistently display rude and unprofessional behavior. There’s a clear lack of basic manners and common sense, and honestly, I’d bet my résumé at 20 years old exceeds that of anyone working there. It’s also dirty! If you can, avoid the inside experience altogether, it’s simply not worth the headache. Pay at the pump if you can!

I go to the store every single day. Every morning and every afternoon and every now and then I go there and need late late afternoon. Website says they close at 10 I just called and they’re telling me that they close the doors at 8:50 every single night. District management needs to change the website or stay open till 10 like they say they do. I live in Alva and this is the closest store if I need anything after eight going all the way to Buckingham or to Labelle. I would rather spend my money at a place that’s five minutes from my house instead of having to drive 20 minutes one way to get something that I need. Hopefully this reaches the right people and they can adjust their times and stay open later or change their times on their Their website to when they actually close. I have gone up there numerous times at 8:30 and the doors are locked and they say they are closed. At this store is wanting to make money. They need to stay open a little bit longer than that.

I go here everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. The staff is very friendly. They're all on first name basis with the locals. They all try to help out everyone that comes in the store. It's just a good ol country store. You might even run into a relative or two.

Since when are the gizzards here cooked in the chicken tender batter?? On top of that they are huge and look nasty under all that batter, almost undercooked. The gizzards here have always been smaller and fried in a different batter that leaves them a darker brown color. why the change all of a sudden? Please bring back the other way the gizzards have been cooked here for years cause this ain’t it!

The hot food counter was almost as if it was in a comedy movie. I walk up to see if 40 pounds of fried food piled up messily. I asked for the breakfast sandwich that's advertised with a picture on the menu posted above by the ceiling and ordered one. The lady dropped her jaw and looked at me like I had just wrecked her car or something with a very long pause. I couldn't help but laugh, and ask if that's something that they do not do? The young man in the back walks up eating a variety of fried food asking what the breakfast sandwich would consist of.. So I explained that I would like eggs cheese and sausage on a bread or a bun with some mayonnaise. The lady said I would have to get the mayonnaise out of the bucket done by the floor. They began putting the sandwich together in a confused fashion and the young man still eating his food said that he would help but he doesn't have any gloves on and of course he makes his food with his bare hands. I congratulate him for his achievement and leave the counter to go pour myself a cup of coffee. I come back to pick up the sandwich and noticed they had chicken gizzards. He offered me a sample because the people that previously ordered said they were old and tough But insisted that they were fresh. I tasted it and it was overcooked. I explained that it was overcooked but I still took some anyway. I'm not saying that I didn't have a good time and a good laugh, but they could work on some food preparation class and customer service education. ?
