Kept 42' boat there over two summers while I was up north and had them do numerous projects on it. Some of the work was good, some was so so. They advised me on a brand of underwear lights which were very expensive. When the lights failed in a years time they wouldn't stand behind them. Also asked for numerous things to be done while the boat was stored in the yard. They never did any of it until I returned to Florida which was when I wanted to use the boat NOT have it worked on. Sorry but I have a hard time paying big money a lack of organization.

Kind of skinny water on the way in, but we never touched bottom with 4.5 ft draft. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We just stayed the night, but definitely have them high on the list for haul-out service work.

We were in need of a mechanic for our boat as we were unable to drive it. We had it towed to Owl Creek Boat Works and Storage to determine what work was needed to the boat. Thanks so much to the mechanic as he found some major things that needed replaced/repaired. Additionally, he suggested that I have an engine surveyor check out the engines. Based on the quote we received prior to having the engine survey, I was very pleased with the price. Unfortunately the engine survey was not good and it would likely mean the engines would need to be replaced. Unfortunately and understandably the cost to replace inboard engines is extremely expensive. Therefore, we decided not to go through with the repairs as it is an older boat. I am very happy with Owl Creek Boat Works & Storage! The team of professionals show you honesty, courtesy and professionalism. If I can get the money together to have all repairs done, I will do so at Owl Creek Boat Works & Storage! Denise Wheeler

We just got towed in, and the staff was very helpful! Hopefully, they will be able to repair our issues and we will be back on our way very soon!

Super people to work with. They were able to handle all our repair and modification requests. Butch,Cliff and all the technicians were courteous and efficient with their work. Prices were fair and what you would expect at a boatyard in Florida. Will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I dropped off my boat in November was told 60 days receive boat 6 months later. it was there for a windshield glass in and a generator install. They damaged my running gear even have pictures of the damage on their hoist. They told me good luck they didn't do nothing wrong. I would never recommend bringing a boat there for service. Besides the obvious damage to the prop you can even see the strut bent

Friendliest, hardest-working boatyard in Florida! This week, I was delivering a trawler yacht from Ft. Myers to the east coast of Florida. The yacht had not been taken out of her slip in almost 4 years, however, I was assured by the owner that a diver had cleaned her bottom and props less than two weeks prior. A quarter mile up the Caloosahatchee, I had vibrations, slow speed (even slower than normal) and engines running hot. I called Owl Creek and they told me to come in so they could try to help. Two hours later, I limped into the boatyard and they directed me right into the slings. I won't go into details (the picture should do that), but they dropped everything to get us back out on the water again, scraping barnacles, pressure washing, and scraping barnacles out of the sea chest. Heck, the parts manager even jumped into his car and drove into Ft. Myers to get us the Yanmar gaskets we needed to clean out the heat exchangers. I am blown away by the service - and the reasonable prices. We were on the water less than 3 1/2 hours after arrival. If you need work done on your yacht in the Ft. Myers area, there is no place that will give you friendly, reasonable, quick service like the crew at Owl Creek Boat Works!

Fair, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. If you have had a bad experience somewhere else, try here. They treated us fairly and with respect. Some marine facilities treat you like you have a money tree in your back yard.
