Ac not working, called and Josh came next day. He found issue, discussed cost, and was polite and professional. Jeffrey and Tank came out to do install - on time, very polite, and they worked HARD in the heat to get new unit installed and running. Price was exactly as estimated and no issues 8 days in. They were recommended and can def see why! Would absolutely use again.

The so called owner has road rage issues...If the owner is willing to a t the way he does on the road they I'd hate to see his professionalism on a job! Witnessed him tailgating someone then started yelling at the other driver like they did something wrong. I will never use or recommend this company! Very unprofessional especially in a company vehicle

I have to say I did not expect Jeff to answer the phone on a weekend. Yet he did. Not only that but he was quick to respond and repair my issue. While here he did a courtesy check of the system and said the system is fine with exception to the capacitor that went out. Since the replacement there have been zero issues. I appreciate that he had the part on hand and was spot on. Doesn't hurt he recalls when he installed the system (previous owners of our home). I will give Keep It Cool Ocala and Jeff my full praise and endorsement. He runs a very honest local business. After waiting 4 (very hot) days for our Home Warranty company to “find” a local technician to fix our non working AC, I decided to call Keep It Cool. They responded quickly and a tech was out within 2 hours. He had the problem fixed in 15 minutes (needed a new capacitor). The price was good and the tech was very professional. Keep it Cool installed a new split unit in my home and put in an additional air return. I cannot believe the difference! Prompt, courteous, professional service at a good price! They explained the differences so I could make an educated, informed decision. I NEVER felt they were trying to sell me something. I also love the fact they are local. If you need anything from installing a complete hvac or a split pack system as well as normal or emergency support this is the place to go. For 6 years I have placed my families comfort in their capable hands. They are honest and responsive. Courteous and thorough. Friendly and caring. They will never ever let you down. I had a new furnace system installed in 2019. Complained within 30 days about compressor motor had banging noise when unit started up. Tech came out and said unit was fine. 1 1/2 years later, air conditioner went out. Tech came out and couldn't find the problem. Charged me for service call but was able to get it running. 1 week later, air conditioner out again. Another tech came out and said motor is bad. Motor replaced under warranty. Tech didn't provide any paperwork for warranty. Asked for owner to call as this was 3rd service problem since installation. Owner refused. Manager claims he retired, but he still runs company.I asked for refund of service call and an extended warranty for year as I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. Manager said they would refund money and provide maintenance service the next day.Tech came out the next day and said they would only check system but not provide any maintenance service.Manager called and said "No refund" of service call per owner, who by the way is retired.I have referred neighbors and they have had service work as well as new systems installed.No more!Find a company where if you have a problem, the owner would take the time to call you to make it right.He would have had my business and my neighbors for a long time, but he made his decision.Suggestion?Find another company!Service: A/C system repair

I believe this is the 3rd time I’ve used Keep it Cool . I always get a real person On the phone.Always same day and always on time. No, correction - Usually early ! Today William had the primary problem - a capacitor - replaced in literally five minutes. He also identified another future maintenance issue with a contact switch so he replaced that too.
