Rooms were super clean and the staff was friendly. I don't recommend the breakfast. I am used to home cooking, this was straight out of a can or freezer.

The smell in the room was not pleasant however we did not want to change rooms. The ceiling has mildew, the lampshade is stained, etc. There is definitely updates needed. For the price, the value needs to match. The bed was the best! Like sleeping on a cloud.

This place is an older BW, the outside could use some touching up but the rooms are clean and comfy, the breakfast buffet is one of the best we've had in a long time, the staff is very friendly, the location is good, right next to US-98
