This location really needs to be better. I have been waiting on medication for 2 days and I have covid. This is not the first time they have been out of medication needed. The pharmacy is a joke.

They never answer the phone and when they do it's after you've had to wait for 30+ minutes. The pharmacists are rude and act like your call is the biggest inconvenience to them. It's unfortunately the closest CVS in the area so they can get away with horrible service and treatment.

While on an extended trip in the area, I needed a prescription refill which my doctor faxed in. Based on other reviews,I expected hassles, delays, and employee attitude. My prescription, however, was filled promptly and the pharmacy staff was efficient, polite, and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this store again.

After traveling from upstate America I have come to lower state America for my winter vacation. I needed my medicine and was told that veterans need to go to cvs from now on instead of Walmart. I had my doctor call in to cvs to get the ball rolling and then decided to visit this store to see how it was progressing. Well I was thinking it’s going to work out well considering cvs is a large professional company that was picked up by our great government. I was told to come back in two days and it would be ready. We checked my insurance and what the cost would be and everything was set. I came back in two days and was told my script was not delivered and they took my number and said they would call me when it did. I didn’t hear from them so decided to stop in and was told that they would have to go through another pharmacy for the meds and sent me down the road to buy rite and they had half of the amount of the script that was called in and wanted ten time the amount in cost from what I was told it would be. I can’t afford that so moving on. So I just wanted to thank Walmart for dumping us. And our government for sending us to CVS/caremark who passed the buck onto someone else. Thanks. I served this great country for thirty years and this is what i fought for. Happy holidays. And good luck dealing with cvs.

Worst customer service ever for a pharmacy. My mother had a stroke several years ago and as a result has a slight speech impediment, when she called 3/2/21 to reorder her & my dad's medicine, the pharmacist was short and extremely rude; she wouldn't let my mom get her words out to tell her which meds, she informed my mom that she was the only one there, that she had customers in line and was busy so call back then click hung up the phone. My mom was near tears as this isn't the first nor second time this particular person was bitingly bitter towards her, She gave me the wrong meds once & when I told her she very rudely told me t she couldn't take the meds back and I told her that my mom paid $3+ f it, she was pissed about having to just give me the refund from her own pocket as if the minimal amount was nothing, well to my disabled mom it was. CVS need to get her some help both professionally and mentally. This is not supposed to happen like this when you're providing such an important necessity within our county

I have a bad case of swimmer's ear and am in a lot of pain. Got it on a Sunday and finally got into a clinic Monday afternoon after waiting hours. They gave me some drops and antibotics to start taking. I normally get my perscriptions filled at Walgreens but the nearest one is 45 miles away so I tried a CVS for the first time as it was a block away. Got there and the pharmacist said that it would be hours before she can get to any persciptions as they were doing flu shots. I said that I would be willing to wait as I am in great pain and her response was I shouldn't have gotten sick in such a small town and that it would be this evening which the people in line were shocked to hear as well. I got an automated call 5 hours later telling me that they do not have my perscriptions and would have to order them and if I would like to speak to a pharacist to wait. I waited for 25 minutes and got disconnected. I am still in pain with no meds and no answer on when I can get them. It would have been faster had I driven an hour and a half round trip to Walgreens!!

No wonder they have poor reviews. The pharmacist acted like I was such an inconvenience to them and rushed me on the phone after waiting on hold for 16 mins. And again this is why I don’t do business with big box pharmacies. Only use them because we are from out of town.

I tried calling ahead of time, they were rude on the phone, so I thought I would just go in to have a med transferred. I was treated like I was a nuisance right as I walked up, was discouraged to transfer my med by telling me it's a 48 hour wait, with no other explanation. Had me standing there while they were rude to an older lady that had been waiting, she looked tired. Then the pharmacist or whoever she was asked a question while facing me, like she was asking me, I answered, and then she put her finger up in a reprimanding way, and said no, no, no, like stop talking, and I realized she was asking her co worker a question. I stood there a little longer like a child in trouble does, and then figured I would go without my med for the week. It was worth feeling like crap physically than to be treated like crap by that lady.

Pharmacy was absolutely terrible

After waiting on hold for the pharmacy for over an hour to request that an antibiotic for our 6 year old be transferred so we could start the treatment, the phone call was finally answered only to be immediately placed on hold again. We then drove all the way to the pharmacy while still on hold, for a total hold time of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Only to be told, with an attitude, that they were understaffed, due to CVS cutting his people, and would not be able to request the transfer for 24 hours. During the time my wife was inside for 30 minutes finding this out, I watched another staff member wander in and out of the store 3 times for 5-10 minutes each time.Just a terrible experience all around. Save yourself the time and go to the Buy-Rite drugs, just down the street, instead. In and out in 10 minutes, including requesting the transfer.

If they had neg rating it would be -5. The first pharmacist Amy was great. She answered my questions and offered help finding what I needed. I had another medication to pick up in a couple days, I went in and waited in line. Just as it was my turn that pharmacist Georgia called over another customer that had just showed up. The pharmacist shouted at me and called for a manager to check me out. All the while with a smart a** smirk on her face. I am now driving an hour farther to go to a better Pharmacist.
