While on an extended trip in the area, I needed a prescription refill which my doctor faxed in. Based on other reviews,I expected hassles, delays, and employee attitude. My prescription, however, was filled promptly and the pharmacy staff was efficient, polite, and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this store again.

Worst customer service ever for a pharmacy. My mother had a stroke several years ago and as a result has a slight speech impediment, when she called 3/2/21 to reorder her & my dad's medicine, the pharmacist was short and extremely rude; she wouldn't let my mom get her words out to tell her which meds, she informed my mom that she was the only one there, that she had customers in line and was busy so call back then click hung up the phone. My mom was near tears as this isn't the first nor second time this particular person was bitingly bitter towards her, She gave me the wrong meds once & when I told her she very rudely told me t she couldn't take the meds back and I told her that my mom paid $3+ f it, she was pissed about having to just give me the refund from her own pocket as if the minimal amount was nothing, well to my disabled mom it was. CVS need to get her some help both professionally and mentally. This is not supposed to happen like this when you're providing such an important necessity within our county

I have a bad case of swimmer's ear and am in a lot of pain. Got it on a Sunday and finally got into a clinic Monday afternoon after waiting hours. They gave me some drops and antibotics to start taking. I normally get my perscriptions filled at Walgreens but the nearest one is 45 miles away so I tried a CVS for the first time as it was a block away. Got there and the pharmacist said that it would be hours before she can get to any persciptions as they were doing flu shots. I said that I would be willing to wait as I am in great pain and her response was I shouldn't have gotten sick in such a small town and that it would be this evening which the people in line were shocked to hear as well. I got an automated call 5 hours later telling me that they do not have my perscriptions and would have to order them and if I would like to speak to a pharacist to wait. I waited for 25 minutes and got disconnected. I am still in pain with no meds and no answer on when I can get them. It would have been faster had I driven an hour and a half round trip to Walgreens!!

I tried calling ahead of time, they were rude on the phone, so I thought I would just go in to have a med transferred. I was treated like I was a nuisance right as I walked up, was discouraged to transfer my med by telling me it's a 48 hour wait, with no other explanation. Had me standing there while they were rude to an older lady that had been waiting, she looked tired. Then the pharmacist or whoever she was asked a question while facing me, like she was asking me, I answered, and then she put her finger up in a reprimanding way, and said no, no, no, like stop talking, and I realized she was asking her co worker a question. I stood there a little longer like a child in trouble does, and then figured I would go without my med for the week. It was worth feeling like crap physically than to be treated like crap by that lady.

If they had neg rating it would be -5. The first pharmacist Amy was great. She answered my questions and offered help finding what I needed. I had another medication to pick up in a couple days, I went in and waited in line. Just as it was my turn that pharmacist Georgia called over another customer that had just showed up. The pharmacist shouted at me and called for a manager to check me out. All the while with a smart a** smirk on her face. I am now driving an hour farther to go to a better Pharmacist.

Absolute worst customer service. Prescription called in Wednesday, went in Thursday was told 20 minutes, so I waited until this morning Friday and was told again it would be a 20 minute wait. I told the pharmacist that I was told 20 minutes yesterday and her response was well that wasn't her, not her problem, and she didn't know what they did. But a prescription that was called in Wednesday at 4 and Everytime I go in I'm told 20 more minutes. I am disgusted with their attitude and stupidity. There is no reason I should be waiting 2 days for a prescription and told 20 minutes every time yet I give them a whole day and STILL NOT READY!!!! Do not waste your time here, go to Buyrite down the road!!!!! Everyone of the pharmacist in CVS should be ashamed and all fired and replaced with a staff that actually knows how to do their job!!!! I will be getting names and call someone about this. every time I have a prescription it is like pulling teeth to get these IDIOTS to fill a prescription!!

I waited behind ONE customer at this "pharmacy." THIRTY FIVE MINUTES LATER, I tell the pharmacist my son and I have one prescription to transfer. (We were on vacation for 10 days down the road and would run out soon.) He said since he's "never heard of Meijer pharmacy" he didn't "feel comfortable transferring anything." We both have been going to the same pharmacy and doctor for years. Because of the pharmacists blatant laziness, my family and I couldn't stay an extra few days on vacation. I'm disgusted at the pharmacists unprofessionalism. Is this place THAT antiquated that it can't transfer medications? Why does cvs.com say it can provide this service?!

Pharmacists at this location are more unhelpful and incompetent than other CVS locations, and that's saying something. I'm not sure if it's because this location is in the Florida panhandle, but the pharmacist here is infuriatingly slow. He kept me waiting 10 minutes while a woman went to her car to find a medication bottle. Before I left for CVS, I called to confirm the medication was available, and I was put on hold until I was disconnected. Get it together, CVS.

Needed a new heart medication and doctor faxed it at 3:00 pm on a Thursday. I called CVS on Friday and as usual NOBODY picked up the the phone. Went to CVS at 4:00 pm on Friday and they had no record of prescription. The pharmacist was somewhat rude and finally checked fax machine only to find that YES my prescription had been sitting there for over 24 hours. He then told me that the meds were not in stock but could be there by the following Tuesday. I left, called my doctor's office and had them call my prescription in to Buy Rite Pharmacy (a place where people actually answer the phone) and I picked it up 30 minutes later.

I waited over 35 minutes to PICK UP my Meds. I like my small local pharmacy BUT THEY NEED MORE THAN ONE PERSON WORKING. ONE PERSON is expected to take incoming perscpition, fill them and run the till. while the phone rings unending, with no one to answer it. Also the computer is always bugging my phone and has incorrect info. COME ON CVS get it together. May I suggest at least 2 PEOPLE on Fridays !! GET WITH THE PROGRAM

This may be worst pharmacy ever. Vacationing on St. George and my husband needed a refill on prescription. His doctor called it in. My husband goes to pick up and they claim they have no prescription for him. Turns out they don't answer the phone and all prescriptions are left on voicemail that they don't bother to check! They said come back in an hour and they will have it filled. Got back three hours later and they hadn't filled it because the insurance wasn't covering. My husband says well that's fine I'll pay. The pharmacist gives him a 15 minute explanation why the prescription won't be ready for another 2 hours. We are talking 12 pills which could have been counted out during the 15 minute discussion! Clearly these guys hate their job.

I waited at the pharmacy counter twice today and never got service. There were two workers but they acted like I was invisible. Once one of them was talking to a friend, loudly - maybe even flirting. The next time there was some lady getting medical advice from one worker and the other just wouldn't wait on me. This is not the first time this has happened. How I wish there was another choice!!! In one day I will be out of my medication and I just dread having to go back there. :////
