I've been Constant contact with mediacom and have had so many Technicians come out to my address to fix the issue no Resolutions has been resolved i pay for 1gb of internet my upload and download has been inconsistent and packet loss the Maintenance team has been no help either the zip code is 32320 i dont know what to do please any help be better then anything

In my location I did have good Internet service. However, of course the price goes up after a year no negotiations. So I went with another company that was more reasonable with just as good of service however, I was on auto pay and so even though I turn my equipment in right away, guess what they took my money out of my account. I have called them several times and I have not had any success. They have not credit my account back yet it’s like pulling teeth to get your money back so just beware of auto pay it can be good but then it be terrible experience!

Hahahaha. Seriously the absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with. 100 ? do not do business with. Signed up for their digital home services. I took off work multiple times to be available for their installation appointments just for them to cancel via email day of. Terrible customer service and offered no apologies!!

Horrible Customer Service! Tech drilled a hole through my hardwood floor Approximately 8inches away from wall so I now have cords that stick out in the middle of my floor. I have reported and was always blown off by mediacom. Managers would schedule a viewing but then never show. This was before Christmas 2021 and to this day was never resolved nor were my issues ever taken seriously.Now our modem is not working. After spending several hours on the phone and being told everything worked fine and we needed to figure it out, one tech finally said that our modem was not working. (Clearly, since we had no internet for 2 weeks) we were told to go to our local office and pick up new equipment and exchange our selves. Show up during normal buisness hours posted online, office closed. Had to drive 1 hour away to pick up equipment to fix ourselves. Why are we paying for this service again???

THE TRUE DEFINITION OF A REGION MONOPOLY! WHY CHANGE YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE WHEN YOU DONT HAVE TO?! If you have even one competitor you would have absolutely no business in Franklin County... I live right off of 98 and have to be without internet for days at least once a month... employees on the field and at call centers are very unmotivated as I would be working for such a sub par company I could only imagine how they are treated... you guys are theifs and scam artists... you cost me unnecessary data usage on my cellular contract every month and I've stated it several times to no avail... most companies are professional enough to give you some sort of incentive or a partial bill credit but not you snakes your reps would rather try and sell me an EERO!

If you have any other choice take it. You will be glad you did. They sent an incompetent contractor to bury a line for neighbor and cut mine, left sticking out of ground. They said they would send someone to look at it in a week. They don't care if you go somewhere else

We have had mediacom for ONE. MONTH.Our internet randomly shuts down completely and takes over an hour to come back on.This interrupts our day to day life whether we are working on school projects or right in the middle of a movie.It just happened 25 minutes ago and is STILL down. We have tried everything. This is the 14th time this has happened in ONE month. No exxaderation. Yall need to find something else. And Medicom needs to get their act together or they're going to lose more then just our business.When it is working.. the speed is great.

Horrible experience missed a family event waiting for our technician to come out from 1-5pm to not have him even get out the car or knock on the door I missed his phone call by 3 mins (regarding the fact that someone was home) instead of getting out and knocking on the door he leaves and don’t even attempt to contact us back when I called back he was complaining about me calling him and hung up terrible customer service will not be doing business with this branch!!!!!!!!!!
