Quality Agent. We met Shawna based on her reputation as an agent in the Apollo Beach area. She showed us houses we thought we were interested in as well as others based on our desired options. We made an offer on a home and after some negotiation it was accepted. Shawna was able to coordinate all the inspections in the few days we had in the area before returning to our home in another state. All went as planned and entire process was smooth. When we took possession Shawna was there for us and assisted with several items that were really beyond the scope of the sale and made the transition to our new home much easier. Highly recommend Shawna, especially for her local knowledge.
