They need to step up their game. I only go to the bank once a year.This time I had to go Two days in a row to get a PAPPER notarized.Day one-they were “busy” there was literally 3 people and ONE customerDay Two-set up an appointment. Got there exactly on time, there was literally NO ONE here and still had to wait 17 mins to be seen. Is this the DMV? What is going on?Definitely looking at new places to bank, this is HORRIBLE service.

Staff and people there are nice. But seriously the hours are ridiculous seriously i have heard of bankers hours but the branch now is only open 30 hours a week guess you have to take a day off work to do anything there... honestly might as qell just be an atm.

Completely and udder garbage of a bankI did not want to but only one that was able to open and estate account just to be lied to have black and white paper stating dates everything will be put on a hold and it will be put to the max days no one will help over 20 min on the phone even a supervisor said no they ain’t gonna call or anything to verify another banks check they say their check holds are subject to change but no where does it say that it says on the printed paper from this establishment a certain date not 7 more days from that day I asked what hd code c meant well sir I don’t know I would have to research it smh your suppose to know this they said sorry but nothing we can do your just going to have to wait an extra week for the check to clear they ain’t for the consumer or anyone holding an account they would rather just collect fees and such

Super disappointed. Just trying to deposit cash. The customer service agent, who was very nice by the way, turned me away because it was a personal account rather than a business account. The problem is that they don't have tellers. But you will have a teller to take cash and deposit it from a business but not an person? Bank of America has always been so complicated. Now, I have to drive another 8-10 miles to make a deposit?Com'on man.

It’s pretty sad when you have to go online to check to see which days your BA is open! 2 weeks ago we checked and it said it was open. We get there and it says lobby isn’t open and to go to drive thru. Drive thru was closed too. No note on the door or drive thru stating why it wasn’t open. We called our Merrill Lynch rep for them to help us find a BA that was open. It’s ridiculous. If it weren’t for Merrill Lynch we would pull our checking and bank at a bank that’s open 5 days a week!

This bank does not allow someone to deposit Cash into someone's account unless your on the account...SAY WHAT...They are a bank. You can't deposit Cash that the government prints ?. So Frustrating...they made me feel like a criminal when all I wanted to do was deposit cash into this bank. They did finally allow me to make the deposit BUT only if I gave them my Driver's License. I will NEVER bank here....P.S. Run for the Hills ????

cannot give them Zero Star. Horrible customer service bank put a hold on my money for over 10 days could not pay my bills had to ask family for money to pay bills, I have not yet be able to get an answer why my money is on hold and do not know when I am going to get my money out. so I can get a new bank, went twice to the office and no one will give me any answer why my money is on hold. still waiting time to call Morgan and Morgan :)

It's 9:25 am and no one can be bothered to answer the phone. The system simply hangs up on me after a few moments.The automated system tells you exactly what a priority it is for human contact (it is choice FOUR)I guess this is what banking is all about.
