Recently went to open a business checking. My mailing service is in Orlando but I live 2 mins from branch. The person helping me acted as if this was suspicious. She asked why I didn’t use my home address. I informed her this was common practice for small businesses where owners don’t want to use their personal home address as their businesses address. She chatted with the back office, I offered proof of the mailing service, business is registered as LLC with EIN, I was asked to provide 2 pieces of mail with utility bills for the mailing service address in order to open account.

The tellers are very efficient and fast. Building appears to be well maintained and clean. Parking lot is average but I always find a place to park. Once a month visit and am always in and out.

I went in because my card was compromised. They was able to issue me a new card right on the spot and took care of a few issue on my acct. They was very profesional at helping me with what needed to be done.

I still think this is a great bank, but if they are going to have service on Saturdays then they need to make sure their ATM is working. Typically goes down on a Friday, is not working all weekend and still not working as of today Monday. They try to say you can use other ATMs free but you can't make deposits through other ATMs.

Stopped by to get a form notarized. They require people to have a bank account in order to notarize, which I completely understand. Try to sign up for a checking account so that I could get a single form notarized. After more than 20+ minutes decided not to do it. ? I was clear that I was in a hurry and had limited time in the agent continue to upsell me on products, services and more. Frustrating to say the least, especially since I was in a hurry. Was hoping that it would work out since we live across the street, and might be a good option for someone if you have lots of time and are interested in lots of bank services. Not for us though. I already have a bank that I love, but was open to the bank since they’re across the street from where we live and we don’t have a bank we can walk into.Also, the agent took 3 phone calls while helping me. Which I found rude, especially considering that I was in a hurry. Would’ve been better for him to let the calls go to voicemail while we resolved it. Not the best service, especially when trying to sign up a new client.

You do not want to do any banking business with this bank. I opened a safe deposit box in this bank. Since I had to have an account with them, I opened one and deposited money in that account. It was supposed to be setup to automatically take my safe deposit box rental payment form this account. They did not setup something correct. I started to get payment late notices and late fee adding every week or days. I went to the bank, talked to the manager, spend one hour and he promised me it is all taken care of and I will not get any more late notices. After two months, I started to get the same notices again. I went to the bank a second time and spend another 45 minutes with a banker and he promised me it is all straightened out. I also deposited another hundred dollars into the account to be taken automatically from my account. I am getting late payment notices and late fee notices every month. I do not want to deal with them a third time and spend another hour of my valuable time with this bank. It is time to do business elsewhere.

I'm happy that they still have a drive through! Happy to see this bank here in Florida since i'm from Illinois and most of their locations are up north. Great service!
