Deforest Brown met me there same day, offered lots of knowledge as a new homeowner, fixed my A/C for a fair price and did not try to sell me on anything else. I’m grateful he answered my call early in the morning and for his quick response to get my home cool again. He came recommended and he matched the quality and service I was hoping for.

I just returned from a 3 week work/vacation, to my surprise, my AC was not working ... I contacted Brown Comfort Systems around 8:30 am to schedule service. DeForest was at my house and working on the issue by 9:30 am and issue fully resolved by 10:15 am. I could't be more pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of the work / cost ... All A+++++ in my opinon ... any further HVAC issues I may have will be handled by Brown Comfort Systems, again A+++++Services: Cleaning

I really did not expect ANYBODY to come out and fix my A/C on a holiday evening as a tropical storm was approaching. I am so blown away by the customer service and reasonable pricing. I won’t ever use anyone else!

The owner, Deforest Brown, is a class act. Several years ago, my entire unit went out. He sold me a new unit and installed it. He was very professional and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about servicing the unit. He came out today (Sunday) because my unit was not cooling. He was at my house within 30 min of my call. He replaced the burned out part quickly. His prices are reasonable and you won't get better customer service, I promise you that.

Brown Comfort Systems replaces our old unit and provided excellent customer service. Mr. Brown registered for our manufacturers warranty for us and even gave us a call the following day to check on the unit. He was very knowledgeable on all questions I had with the unit, installation, best practices to maintain its peak operating efficiency and his team did an excellent job! This is a very professional team that does great work! I can not recommend them enough- and they give a very fair price for their work! Great communication throughout the entire process and the price I was quoted was what I paid.

Deforest Brown with Brown Comfort Systems is incredibly honest and attentive, and I've used them for everything from small repairs on up to new system at several locations. They save me money, my office and home is cool, and I know that the repairs recommended are honestly needed. They've fixed other people's mistakes and are easy to get ahold of! Can't recommend them enough.

Don't know what I would do without Brown Comfort Systems. A/C went out in our summer camp. Called him on a Friday afternoon and he was there in an hour, fixed it and we were back up and running in no time! Highly recommended, knowledgeable and service oriented!

Mr. Brown was recommend by a friend when our AC system failed, and the company we called (a large AC company in the area with lots of TV ads) was not able to commit to a specific day and date to check out our system. Mr. Brown said he would be here as soon as he finished the job he was working on, the same day. When he inspected our system he gave us a few options and associated prices and explained the pros and cons of each. Our system had a small slow leak. He recharged the system and added a sealant to give us time to consider our options. We decided to replace our entire system. We called Mr. Brown in the evening, and left a message. He called right back and showed up early the next morning. We had a new system the same day, at a very reasonable price. The inspector showed up a couple of days later and said the installers did an excellent job. We highly recommend Brown Comfort Systems.
