Contrary to a lot of these reviews. My experience with Century 21 Beggins was amazing! I connected to them through Navy Federal and initially got Michele; however she realized we were not a good fit; so she put me in contact with her colleague, John, who was absolutely outstanding. As a first time homebuyer; there were numerous hoops and hurdles to go over and John’s expertise, professionalism, persistence, and patience made it such a smooth process. I truly felt John cared and treated me like I was his own daughter; which contributed to the seamless process. I highly recommend John and I hope to utilize him in the near future!

My realtor- Julie Fernandez- was absolutely amazing (that is no exaggeration!). I was just ready to list my condo with her when it burned down. During the two year reconstruction, she was with me every step of the way- helping me in endless ways. She was the reason I was finally able to get help when my builder quit on me. She is an extraordinary person who gets great satisfaction from helping people- not just buying or selling homes- but helping in any way she can. I would not be where I am today if it were not for Julie.

Do NOT do business with this Broker. Very rude and unprofessional. Realtors did not verify cash funds and we lost thousands. Worst experience we have ever had.

Antiquated, unprofessional and unethical agents. Phil was the Worst agent we used in 30 years. Misrepresented the law or flat out lied about it. His lack of knowledge cost us a sale and wasted time. He refused to follow simple direction or requests. Phil doesn't use a tablet or laptop so delays, miscommunications and an over abundance of hard copy paperwork with mistakes are inevitable. We even questioned him representing the buyer vs. us!

Contrary to other reviews, we had an amazing experience with our realtor, Andrea DiFillipo when shopping for a home. We are lucky and genuinely grateful to have found her.We were shopping for a home in the Tampa area all the way from Los Angeles, which was scary enough. We had already had negative experiences with other realtors in the area not returning calls, emails, or following through once we made contact. Were we pretty dejected with our experiences until then, but then we met Andrea. She was knowledgeable, kind, genuine, caring, honest, diligent, responsive, and driven. Her follow-up skills far surpassed anything we had experienced with other realtors we had engaged with. She was always very prompt and more than willing to go the extra mile in helping us find our home. Andrea patiently showed us home after home, never being pushy and only caring about finding us the right home for our family to settle in. Even when we thought we had found "the one" and the houses were swept off of the market, she worked diligently to find us something else we would love. Her additional efforts did the trick, and she was able to find our family a new home in the exact area we really wanted to be in!Andrea is a true professional, wholly dedicated to her client's satisfaction, and I would not hesitate to refer her to my friends or family. If you are searching for a home and want the experience to be something special, then please get in touch with her right away. I promise you that you won't be disappointed. From the bottom of our hearts, we truly appreciate you, Andrea. We can't wait to meet you soon!

I’d be careful with Chinalyn McCullough. Never met this woman. I only know of her living in my neighborhood and she seem like a huge concern. Seem like her old ways of being A convict has not changed and looks like she’s ready to attack people in our peaceful neighborhood by trying to shoot innocent people simply celebrating a holiday.

Looking for a home in the greater Tampa area and was recommended to contact Marcos from the Apollo Beach office, so glad I did. He patiently showed me the area and educated me about it's surrounding growing communties. Marcos is a professional and patient.

They use predatory marketing practices. Going door to door in non-solicitation neighborhoods, finding unlisted phone numbers from the MLS and calling numbers listed with the Federal Do Not Call registry. When asked not to be contacted by them again, the Broker was extremely rude and dismissive. There are so many better real estate brokers in the area. Don't waste your time with these bottom feeders.

Tried to sell my home in Mira Bay for three plus years. Didn't happen, we're rooted here now for at least 5-10 years. That said, the last agent I used was from C21 Beggins. Lived in the neighborhood, allegedly had a great feel for the market. Priced the home over $400k. Didn't get a single offer despite the hottest market in over a decade. Was never happy with the way it was marketed, etc. Didn't like the agent, she was fired after five months. Fast forward to three months later to November 2020, someone from the neighborhood introduced themselves while I was trying to bring my groceries in. Annoyed, I just said, don't have time. (File this for a moment) Today, I get a ring and answer. It is ANOTHER AGENT from C21 saying they live in the neighborhood and want to talk about the market. WTF?!? I send her away and notice a message in my Facebook - I almost NEVER see these because I have a blank personal FB page. It was from the day in November and was the same agent that rang the doorbell today. She was trying to hand me an open house flyer in November. Are you joking? Quick recap... C21 Beggins failed miserably to sell my home. Second agent decided it's a great idea to try and get my wife and I back to selling the house with them despite no intention of being on the market. Did I mention there are not supposed to be solicitors in our neighborhood? (just like yours, I'm sure) And SHE LIVES HERE. WTF???????
