Rx was filled 2 months in a row, 3rd time told could only do a partial refill, come back on Thursday, then told they don't carry that medication. The manager literally lied to my face. I would've at least respected him having the balls to tell the truth. The most disrespectful and uncaring pharmacy I've ever seen. & now Winn Dixie RX is sending us there nov 1st 2023 I am beyond disgusted

Worst customer service ever. After 4 calls and 40 minutes on hold, I'm finally told my prescription will be ready in a few hours. Never received a text saying it was ready and because it needed to be taken TODAY, I decided to drive by there 15 minutes before closing. I got to the front, they tell me it's not ready, they can't get it ready and the best they can do is try for tomorrow. Super unhelpful when you need your rx.

Very disappointedWhy was I not told this when I was there only told to come back in an hour? Then went on web site and it said it was being filled- sent my grandson to pick it up and he arrived they told him it would be filled in 25 mins then after he waited all that time they then said it was not available! Now he is driving to sun city cvs my god so unacceptable! The

Would highly recommend finding a different pharmacy. Was told around 1:30 it would be 30 minuets, it's currently 5:00pm and we've been here 3 times just to be told 30 more minuets. Switch pharmacies if you value your time and health.

The pharmacy is so slow. Demand has picked up and they are not prepared to handle the volume. Understaffed and overwhelmed. The people seem nice enough but when they are overwhelmed, temperaments, attitude, and friendliness goes down along with the capacity to process orders timely. Long lines both inside and outside in the drive through are common. Today, I was in the drive through for 33 minutes. Picking up a single prescription which was ready took over 10 minutes at the window. I would rather drive 15 minutes further to get quicker and more friendly service.

If zero stars were available, I would choose that option. The pharmacy techs are incredibly rude. No one offers to help you unless you excuse yourself, and prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. My dr called in an urgent script for kidney stones yesterday, only to be told by the tech it would not be ready until the morning. We went back, in excruciating pain, to be told it wasn't ready and we'd need to come back. They would not even let us wait. Changing pharmacies as soon as possible.

1 star for the pharmacy. Terrible customer service. There always seems to be about 10 people working behind the counter yet none of them acknowledge you when you walk up & you will still wait in line forever just to find out your prescription isn't even ready.

This pharmacy is horrible, I dropped a prescription off 2.5h before they closed and I was told to come back the next day. The following day I returned in the evening, waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told that it wasn't ready and to wait 30 more minutes. Nobody should have to wait that long for a prescription that has been ordered.

This CVS has horrible customer service. There's always one lady that is extremely rude and seems to never want to help you when you call or drive up has a horrible attitude. I feel if you don't like your job you shouldn't be in customer service.

This is our local CVS store in Apollo Beach that is very close to where we live. I have to say that the staff has always been extremely helpful even though they appear to be overwhelmed with the sheer volume of business they do. Yesterday we did COVID PCR tests through the drive through. They are required to be completed within 2 days of our upcoming cruise. We received the results almost exactly 24 hours after they were submitted. We appreciate their prompt service.
