This place is horrible! My prescriptions got transferred here when Winn Dixie closed their pharmacy. My prescriptions always take days longer than promised. You’ll have to wait in line forever and when you finally do get service, the people are rude. Wish there were more options!

Gosh, $18.00 for 24-pack brand Imodium tablets, r they serious?? A product that not too long ago cost $8-$9, then $11-$12 and NOW $18.00??!! (& as high(er) at Publix, winn Dixie and Walgreens!? I don't know how anyone, esp seniors, can do regular shopping at these stores who continue to be out of control w their outrageous and greedy prices! Tk God for another store who sells all these same products, but at much less and affordable prices (although starting to climb w their prices, too! And, when does price gauging 'stop", which is such a disgrace to our country and WHERE is our Attorney General thru all this craziness??) People r trying to survive esp since Covid and we have to continue to put up with all the price greediness going on w so many indistries! Mc 2-21-2024 3 pm

Extremely long lines at the pick-up counter in Pharmacy every time I have been in there. The staff are friendly and helpful enough once you get up there. Not sure if drive-thru is better, but they are having difficulty getting my new Rx plan correct and keep trying to charge me a much higher amount so I feel it necessary to go inside to fix it. I’m thinking of switching to online pharmacy. Went in today and the line was out into the main hallway. Will try again in the morning. Don’t forget…they are closed 1:30 to 2:00 every day. Just learned that today when I stopped during that window. Sigh…

As I waited for my self checkout “ID Required” purchase of NyQuil, a white old lady cashier comes by, cancels my transaction, places my items in the back counter and continues to check out another customer, WITHOUT saying a SINGLE word to me. In shock, the customer who she began to check out replied to her “wait, aren’t you still helping him?” to which she replies “No”. Now I’m in shock and I ask her “why did you take my items if I was still purchasing them. Aren’t you going to ID me?”. Completely puzzled that she COMPLETELY IGNORED me she states “this is my checkout line, why did you not come here?”. Then I replied “there are self checkouts available and your line was busy? May I complete my transaction.”. She then CONTINUED to check out and receipt the customer, then after a while she came to me and finish my transaction. This is simply UNPROFESSIONAL from her to completely ignore a customer and I do wish she be educated on the importance of customer services and how to properly care for an ID Requirement. This is the last time I shop here.

Just don't bother. After winn dixie closed its doors I was pushed here. Every month the same thing for me for almost 3 years never a problem until 3rd month here. They told me call ahead. So I called this afternoon. I was told after 6 pm. Not easy for me ,but I went at 6. Mind you this is for medication I can not -not have. I was told 25 min or so. I sat there an hr with not a word prior to getting back in the long line that is always there to hear they are out of stock . I asked when will it be in....? Tomorrow or maybe the next day was the response. I can't wait until tomorrow or the next day. You could have told me this at noon when I called instead of 7 pm after wasting my entire night and still no medication. Can you get it from another cvs? No the Dr will have to call it into another cvs. Wish me luck... I'm gonna need it.

To go to pick up your prescriptions at the drive-thru and there's six cars and none of them have moved in 15 minutes. What is the deal? Why can't they get enough people to work back there to keep the lines flowing?

This is the worst pharmacy hands down. A ton of people behind the counter should make for a more efficient and streamlined experience, but you get just the opposite. They are rude and need constant verification from other staff members on their own processes. Gladly pay more elsewhere for better service.

Why do Cvs give people jobs that don't deserve them !!! The Indian looking ladt tech that works in the pharmacy needs to be fired if she has a problem giving customers back there license and money the way that it is give to her !!! If I had it to you and then you put it on the counter and my hand is out !!! Yah have problems !! She was already not looking professional and her clothes were dirty and you want to touch me !!! Please do better Cvs !! This is the trashiest one yet !! Bad customers service!! I will never send my prescriptions to this Cvs!??
