This is the third time in less than two weeks that my service went down, and I have to wait almost a week to get a technician to come out. The only answer I can get from customer service is that there is something wrong “again” with the equipment installed outside.

Internet went out due to 4-month-old hardware failure. It took two weeks and four appointments (three being canceled without any notice) before someone showed up for the 30 second repair. They didn't even offer half the month free since we were without service at their fault, nevermind the three days worth of work that I had to take off just for no one to show up.

The representative was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure that I had all the information I needed. They made sure that I was aware of all the options available to me and were very clear about the pricing and any additional fees that might apply. They also provided information on any discounts or promotions that were available. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service I received and would definitely recommend Frontier to others.

99.8 of the time everything is good. When thing go wrong it can’t be very aggravating to get service back on. Sometimes you never find out.If there are issues you can bet it’s a technical issue. Hope they can just get the customer service to know what’s going on when service goes down; every once in a while.

I’d give a 0 if I could. I usually don’t read reviews but I should have for this one. Worst customer service ever. They’ll take your money in a heartbeat, but if you have an issue, they’ll take their sweet time. My internet went down on a Thursday morning. It’s Monday afternoon and I’m still waiting on someone to come fix it. We are a work from home family, without internet we don’t make money. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING. I’ll be moving on to someone different in the next week.

We had a very unfortunate experience selling and trying to purchase a home through Chris. Looking back on the process there were many red flags we failed to recognize at the time. Someone who has Broker status should not have made the mistakes he did with our transactions. Ultimately our home was sold with but lots of mistakes made and we lost the home we were trying to purchase through Chris due to errors. We would never recommend his services to anyone.

As a buyer I have had trouble getting communications from my seller thru their Access Realty agent. No cooperation with my agent and concerns all along that the seller has been kept informed of their responsibilites in this sale. Since the purchase price is near half a million dollars I expect much better service. My Realtor is not with this Agency and has followed up on every request, whether from the buyer (us) or the seller. However Access's Realtor has not responded to any of our requests in the last three weeks and we are only 5 weeks away from closing. Poor Professionalism
