I rented a unit, but when I saw it, it was not big enough. I went to the office and Ty helped me upgrade to a bigger unit. Ty was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service!
REVIEW EDIT: For my inconvenience they gave me a discount for 2 months. That did not reflect when my bill was due so I had to go to the office each month to pay, which I had to make a few trips because the office is usually locked and nobody there. Ty was not there, the other lady was a little rude and standoff ish and told me they don't do that. Each time she had to call the manager/ owner to verify. After being here for 2 months they went to the regular rate, which I expected, but then they also raised my rate another 20% so I left, but I had to pay another month, per the contract. I caught them lying about the temp in the main building. One said 75 the other said 80 degrees, but it was at least 90 degrees in the main climate controlled building. The restrooms are in the office which is usually locked most of the time, so if you need to use the restroom plan on driving to Publix. The doors do not stay open so they bang against the carts when you are moving in and out. I found a new storage unit for less money, actual climate control, automatic door opening and a friendly honest staff.

Very clean, storage units with a/c. Excellent staff members. I recommend it a lot over other storage facilities I ve used in the past.

The staff on site was rude and my parking spot had a SUV in it and I was not able to utilize my space I just reserved the day before and also their was a trash bag right next to my assigned parking spot also I couldn’t use the handicap parking as one of the staff members felt entitled to use it without proper decal or Handicap sign . Staff was rude speaking with me on the follow up call as well .

Rhonda was absolutely fantastic! She went out of her way to help me even though she was in the middle of something important. She was very helpful and personable. I am looking forward to hopefully getting to work with her again sometime. Thanks Rhonda! You are awesome!

Typical storage units. Decent area. Nothing fancy but nothing bad either. Will definitely be moving out my items due to price hikes 2 months after obtaining the unit. It’s just not worth the headache and hassle long term.

A big thank you to Rhonda, the amazing property manager at this location. We had some issues dealing with the operators who answer the main number we were told to call in an email. So we went into the office looking for some help and she was happy to take care of it immediately and was successful. She shared her direct number so we can deal with her directly if we have any other issues in the future. Very customer service oriented.

Great experience at iStorage. When we needed extra storage we rented it from iStorage in Apollo Beach. Never a problem, easy in and out access. If we need storage again we will be back. Thanks!
