Went there to get a pedicure and ended up seeing a podiatrist because I have such a bad infection that I need to have a procedure done. I wish I could take a picture of my toe but this is a horrible place. I’ve been warned not to go there because they don’t clean their instruments, but I went anyway and now I have ended up an urgent care and a podiatrist

Every time you go in there the staff have their feet propped up with their sandals off on the tables so you see their feet. And they're talking across the rooms to each other all loud. And this time when the staff member was drilling off the old acrylic she held the drill in one area too long so I got burned. And instead of in other areas following off the areas that were tough to get off with the drill she decided to just leave the nail polish on it. And put the acrylic on top of the nail polish. I only saw it because I had to go to the bathroom before she put the nail polish on it and I wash my hands I saw on six now's out of 10 she just put the acrylic on top of the old nail polish. When I sat down to say something she said in her language to the owner who sits beside her her mother-in-law that I was too sensitive that's why she left it. And I said well she could have just used her file and just filed off the little specks of nail polish or addicted in acetone and the brush and taking it off. My problem is that she knew she left it and she just slapped on the acrylic on top of it knowing that I pay extra for artwork and on for the nails was going to be clear so I was going to have these green nail polish specs coming through the artwork for my son's wedding. I was so mad I was sitting there so I did not go off I just started tearing up because I was kind there and I'm not a bad tipper I even still tipped her when I left because I'm just not that person don't go there unless you want to see feet and bad service

Didi did such an amazing job I told her I don’t want to go over board with my toe nails and finger nails . Ugh amazing job she did 💯 % will come back for sure and of course for the pricing it’s even better …❤️❤️

I had an appt for 6:15pm. I got there at 6pm and at 6:09pm I was told that the person was busy and can't take me because her appointment was late, and to find another nail shop to service me.
Wow just wow.

Sat for 30 minutes while everyone looked at me weird. After 10 more minutes, I was not sure what was going on, I just grabbed my stuff and left, go to another place
