We both visited the store today because we are trying to ween our Boston terrier to a different food brand, a man named chance was very helpful with any questions we had. After a women named Chrissy checked our items out and gave us some information as well and also was nice enough to give us coupons for the new brand of dog food for when we visit next time. I appreciate great customer service and will be going there more often!”

“This was my 2nd time to purchase a Julius-K9 harness since I added another Golden to my family. I love the “monogrammed” labels for the harnesses and they are very sturdy especially when you have 2 strong, curious Goldens. Plus the color options are great! “Nice selection of items and courteous workers! I more window shop than anything but I could tell they cared about customer needs, overheard interactions that were helpful and pleasant. The small animals seemed well cared for, unlike some competitor stores where they're obviously sick or sad. Plenty of treats, toys, supplements, you name it. There's a pet washing area if you need that! There's also a cute little area with hand baked treats, and I made sure to get a few for my dogs! I'd recommend this store if you need something for you pet!”

“Today I was in ruskin working. I googled fish store near me, “I'm sure all is fish lovers can understand why†and lilies came up. When I pulled up on the property it didn't look like a commercial property, but then I seen the ponds. I parked knocked on the barn doors and a very kind lady came out to help me. I asked her for what I wanted and she invited me in and I was like a kid in a candy shop! What a cool experience it was as a fish/aquarium lover to see all the great things they had going on. I can't express enouph the feeling of hospitality I felt doing business with Lilies. I have NEVER had a better experience in any fish store in the south Hillsborough area.
