Back for his birthday, I was delighted to see some of the same brands I'd forgotten, and bought some small items for reasonable prices. For those who shop here regularly, it seems quite small and a bit limited, but for my needs, it delivered!”

“I went shopping for meat and got a pork roast with fixins and lean ground beef. I used these simple ingredients to make dinner for the week. The pork roast was tender and the fixins were enough for one person to store for the week. Also the ground beef was used in a spaghetti recipe and that ground beef was easy to tear apart and add to the sauce . I usually buy my meats at my local grocery store , but I have to say Aldis has converted me to buy from them. The prices were better and meats were so fresh. I was able to make two weeks of wonderful meals for $20 in meats which for a person on a budget is great. I will definitely be buying other meats at Aldis and thanks for having recipes on your website that I can make.”

“Very attractive, new Publix with lots of prepared food options. I had heard that Publix now offered a Chipotle-style Mexican food bar, and I was curious. I arrived at noon, and there was no line (there was a line at the deli, though). I opted for a custom bowl. The actual bowl was pretty much identical to the bowls used at Chipotle, although it had a plastic top rather than a foil top. I opted for the chili lime rice, the black beans, the chicken verde, pico de gallo, pickled onions jalapenos, cheese and cilantro. The food wasn't piping hot, but it was hot enough. The pickled onions were too sweet. Everything else was pretty unremarkable, and frankly, as the price point is similar to Chipotle, I'd prefer to go to Chipotle. This Publix also has a wine/beer bar, and pizza area, and sushi bar, in addition to the deli with hot and cold foods. And it's a grocery store! Would I come back here for lunch? No, probably not. I prefer to make my own lunch or go out to a proper restaurant. But it's a nice grocery store in its own right.”

“Used Publix Bakery/Catering for our wedding cake and they did a fantastic job. The free tasting/consultation was easy to schedule and they let you take home the extra slices of cakes and frostings.We got the vanilla cake with raspberry lemon filling and chocolate cake with hazelnut cream cheese. Used wedding buttercream for the frosting. They did a marvelous job and it looked amazing, too. Price was very reasonable and they were right on time for our expected delivery.”

“I almost always have a good experience at Publix but today was an extra great experience. The Cashier Anthony was SO kind to me and my girls who were being “a lot” in the checkout line. He was patient and told me not to worry about them being a little loud and then at the end told me “I just want to thank you for being a great mom, it’s such a nice thing to see so often”. Gosh as a mom who struggles with 2 under 4 by herself frequently at the grocery store this made my whole week! Thank you Anthony for being such a kind soul and Publix, give him a raise!”
