Hands down best T-Mobile in the Tampa Bay Area! I was attended to right away with the utmost professionalism. Daniel and Gabe were on top of everything and handled every question and concern I had. I left the store with a lower bill, brand new devices and a renewed faith in T-Mobile.

I've been a T-Mobile customer for 19 years and I had my one and only bad experience at this store. Go to another location if you don't want to be lied to and wait forever to get anything done.Edited to reply, there won't be another visit to that store, ever, and way to only reply to the least important part of my review. I was lied to and had to have my account fixed by a real tmobile employee.

We went to this store to switch service from another carrier. We worked with Jake who has extremely good customer service skills. He was patient and easy to work with and took us through all the steps of acquiring and setting up new devices and new service. The manager did help a couple of times and really backed Jake during the process.

Ask for David and Eli he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know their stuff.

The manager of the store helped me through setting up phone service for two of my friends that didn't understand how to do it since they were from a foreign country. He helped me through every step of the way to get them their phones working. Thankful for you xoxoxo

This place is okay. They need more people working and someone to acknowledge you when you initially walk in, even if they are with someone, but to at least acknowledge. If you have more than one worker, one should start helping the walking, not both sit and still help the one person. When they are helping, if someone they have been waiting on for a secure sale walks in (acknowledge them) please don’t just leave me hanging and go to you them, because I’m just in for service, I already pay you for my service… Continue to help me until we are done! This should be mentioned in their meeting. @managers!

This is not a real corporate store!! So all the lies and dishonesty falls on blind eyes and deaf ears with the real T-mobile!! Save yourself the time. Do it online or go to the closest corporate store Ruskin or Riverview. they sell empty lies and promises at this store and when all is not what it seems and you discover there bad business practises and lies. The customer has to go thru the time money and aggravation of going to a real corporate store or online. After hrs of frustration to try and get things as they should be. They charge you activation fees $35 and restocking fees of $40 bucks for me it was about $480. They hide their lies in there computers or with there little sales worksheet that cover there lies. Your left screwed with no recourse save yourself the time and money!! this store is trained to have you sign and put money down that you will not get back if you change your mind even the next day like i did even returned all unopened equipment. The owner of this store is greedy with zero customer satisfaction!! The owner should be held accountable for his sales staff and employees. Its possible the owner JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WE WILL SEE WITH THERE B.S. RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst TMobile store! Customer service is not up to par, associates just walks around aimlessly as the line grow. Why not engage with customers, and see what the purpose of the visit and advise on hold time? I'm also really curious on what's in that back room.. Hang out spot to kill more of customer time? Beware don't fall for the scheme of upsale. Again, the worst. Give your business else where.

Jake was in there by himself absolutely swamped and still had such amazing customer service and handled multiple people at once, I had trouble getting my transfer pin and he worked with me literally hours with metro to get me switched over to the exact phone I wanted. He deserves paid vacation and a raise my experience though tedious with metro customer service was a 15/10 because of him

Seems to be a pretty common occurrence now, but got conned at this store by oh-dude with the palm tree tattoos. Don’t believe what they say and do NOT let them upsale you. My bill went from $120 to $359. Messed up my otherwise awesome afternoon. I like T-Mobile, been a customer for a long time. Y’all better get your staff in check.

This is the worst cell phone experience ever. Go to any other T-Mobile store. This is unacceptable. The staff should be all fired and management needs to check their employees. Employees are trying to constantly scam customers by increasing the bill or adding new lines for free phones, and then charging for a new line. Long story short, don’t go here. In fact, maybe even leave T Mobile together.

So I'm starting to think cooperate is pushing their employees to add things to customers accounts with knowledge of the customers. Either that or the Dm at this store sucks and is forcing employees to do so without the knowledge of cooperate. Cause this is the 3rd time I go to a different t-mobile store and had the same issue or know someone who's had the same issue. Particularly at this store I go in for an upgrade and the assistant manager attends me with no problems or so I thought. Everything was fine until I get my first bill since leaving the store..my bill is like 3x the amount I was suppose to pay monthly. Come to find out I had an Ipad, smart watch and a home internet added to my account and I've never asked for or had any of these items in my possession. I go back to the store to speak with someone about it and once again the assistant manager attends me rudely and acts as if he's shocked about it. I cursed him out and filed a complaint with cooperate and the only thing that was done was my account was fixed correctly and got an nonchalant apology from cooperate. This store needs a better assistant manager. Its sad that One person can give the whole store a bad rep. I'm really thinking of switching companies.

I really have to give a shoutout to Jomayra and Will, they were a lifesaver for me! I dropped my phone and it cracked, but their service was exactly what I needed to get back on track. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a ton of different options to choose from, which helped me save some money and find the perfect phone for my needs. I'm so grateful for their help, thank you both so much!
