America's Most Inconvenient Bank,I recently opened a bank account at this branch as a Canadian, an overall painless experience and left relatively happy with a bank account at "America's Most Convenient Bank." To begin with, I had most options and features of the mobile and online banking completely unavailable to me. I later found this to be due to my information being improperly added to the account and I had no access to change it. To try and deposit anything into my account I tried a check deposit as I could not even zelle myself, it was placed on hold for an extended period of time but I wasn't too concerned with it. A few days later I no longer have any access to the account and when trying to recover the account I had no options other than entering a SSN, as stated before being a Canadian I have no American SSN. I come into the branch and wait close to an hour to hear that the bank account has since been closed and will not be able to open another account. With no clear reasons leaving me and the banker to just speculate off the limited notes the banker could see, being told that the most likely reason for the case is because of trying to deposit by check. Only silver lining being the helpful banker I spoke to today.This has most likely been the single greatest waste of my time in all the years I've spent breathing on this planet.

This branch needs to hire more people, It is always a wait in line , very under staffed . The head teller is very knowable but you can tell she does everything in the store because of the lack of staff present .

This branch has the worse costumer service I have ever experienced in a bank. The teller keep me waiting for a long time to make a deposit for unreal excuses no more customer inside the bank. Other employees not willing to help either. Sad part is there were no more customers. Please save your time and energy and go bank somewhere else

I had hell with the teller trying to deposit cash into my account. I ended up just using the ATM machine outside to do all my business. Why employ Tellers that will not do what the ATM can do?

Very unprofessional I got the run around with Delicia to close account and get cashier check. This is the worst experience I have encountered with a bank in life. I was treated like a foreigner for two hours to have to go to this bank three times to close account after I was told it would be closed after i withdraw Ed all my money. I checked the next day I had 30 cent and other money in account so I couldn’t close due to the fact of unprofessional service.

This bank rocks! I had a problem with getting statements on an account. I was originally told I could not get online access. I went in today on Christmas Eve no less and Jennifer Greenwood got up from her desk to greet me and fixed the issue. Everyone at this branch has always been so friendly and helpful.

Ms. Miller gave us excellent customer service, by looking at other reviews and their award-winning plagues on their bank walls, I am hoping that I do not get that treatment and that the management has improved. Highly recommended them and a very safe online policy at this bank.

Went to have ID verified by Notary, she is tired of doing this type of work for companies and refuses to do it anymore. It felt as though if I was not almost a senior citizen like many are in this area she would have gladly helped. Now I may not be able to work in times like these when it is really difficult to find a decent job. Stay on unemployment the younger generation does not want us working.

The manager is absolutely trash, and the teller Devaughn is a COMPLETE LIAR!!!! I would advise to search for a different bank!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Extremely poor customer service and follow up. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I felt like a second class citizen after dealing with td bank and I'm so glad there's so many better choices out there!
