Very friendly and helpful staff. Now the corporate office is a pain in the ass. Wanted me to haul a trailer somewhere. Then changed my pickup location with zero compensation. When you call them it's attitude after attitude. This pick up place though was very nice and easy to get done.

Mike was awesome, he helped me with everything. Got my car safe and secure on the trailer. He also went out of his way to get the truck size that I had requested. A real gentleman. I made it safely across the country. Thank you Mike for all of your kindness.

Worst rental ever! The trailer we reserved was not available when we arrived. Only one other trailer available. Trailer was dirty. Rental location knew trailer door did not work opening or shutting. We had to call roadside service just to get the door open and use. There was already a lot of existing damage to the outside not repaired.
The telephone support and roadside assistance people were great!

The first 26’ U-Haul I picked up was shaking and shuttering like it had not been well maintained, so I had to make a U-Turn to return it. Upon returning it, the attendant was rude and dismissive, as if I was the one who gave them faulty equipment. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I plan to tell my friends in the area of my experience.

I reserved 15' truck on the U-Haul website, then used the U-Haul App to checkout the truck, and subsequently to check-in the truck when finished. All I had to do was get the key from the inside the store. The store staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient. I would definitely rent from this facility again. I highly recommend using the app for all the processing. Made the process a stress-free, no-hassle event.
