Had a fantastic experience thanks to Nathan! He helped me upgrade my broken phone and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Nathan was incredibly attentive, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. The store was clean and well-organized, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Nathan if you visit—excellent service!

This has been such a pleasant experience. Adrianna was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us transfer three phones over from another service provider that we were unhappy with. Christian offered to support in transferring phones to help us speed up the process. These two made us so thankful to be new members of the Verizon family!!

Stopped in today to find out about an upgrade. Dylan helped us and was very knowledgeable answering any questions we had. He got us set up with a new phone, case, and screen protector. We were concerned about wait times since we had two small kids with us, but he got us in and out in about 30 minutes with no issues. He was very enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with.
Adrianna was dealing with a different couple, but seemed very professional and helpful when answering their questions. She was friendly to us in passing.

This store branch is wildly unprofessional and inappropriate. It was my husband and I’s first time in the Apollo Beach location as we have recently relocated to the Tampa Bay Area and were looking to shop and upgrade our phones. Dylan was the customer service representative on staff that night and seemed very apathetic about doing his job in general.
After deciding to purchase new phones, he then spends over an hour on his computer attempting to complete the necessary paperwork and sync up our new phones when the store was completely empty.
My husband’s old phone seemed to be having difficulty syncing up with the new phone but Dylan assured us if we go home that the process will finish up itself. That night the new phone was unable to complete syncing up as it did not have any service. When I checked my Verizon app it showed I had purchased only one new phone and there was no record of the purchase of the other new phone.
We then have to go back into the store for another store associate to deactivate my husband’s old phone and attach the new phone to my account correctly. This person seemed very confused as to how all of this misconduct and unprofessionalism even happened.
About a month later I get a voicemail from Dylan asking me to come back into the store to complete some paperwork that was missed. I call the store back and speak with another associate who is talking to Dylan back and forth while I’m on the phone instead of Dylan just taking the phone call himself and neither of them is able to articulate what this form is or why I need to come in to sign in it.
My husband and I went into the store today where Dylan was laying down in a chair in a back room with the door cracked and working by himself. He comes out to talk to us and after sitting at his computer for 10 minutes he then tells me that he’s not able to complete the paperwork needed because a manager isn’t there.
When I asked what this paperwork was and why was I not informed that I should come at a specific date/ time so that it could be processed correctly he then proceeds to tell me that this location often looses paperwork or has trouble uploading documents and it’s been this way for 2 years as if this is an acceptable answer. He then tells me that’s he’s leaving this location next week and is just “checked out” at this point. Then admits that the paperwork that I needed to sign was to insure that he gets his commission but he “sold a bunch of other phones that same day so he really doesn’t care” and that he’ll just tell his manager that I’m unable to come in. When I attempted to discuss the matter further and say well that’s not right I’d like you to receive your commission and I don’t want your manager to think I didn’t come in to complete my paperwork he just looked at my blankly and said it didn’t matter. I left the store extremely upset and still unsure if my account was being handled professionally and accurately.

I came in to switch my service. I got a new phone and a new smart watch. Adrianna was so helpful with explaining my new plan. Great customer service.

Nate was awesome! My wife and I wanted to switch from Android to IPhones. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained several options and plans and we walked out with new I Phones, ready to go. We were definitely pleased with the purchase Experience.
