I’ve been a member at this gym for years now. The way this gym has gone down the toilet is inexcusable. Between equipment being broken or cushions torn on a regular basis, that take a literal year to be replaced or the sanitary conditions in which the gym is kept it’s embarrassing. Finding razors, and hair in the steam room, to mold growing in the showers. Homeless people sleeping in the basketball court to garbage literally everywhere! I could understand certain things being out of your control but literally ANYONE can change an overflowing trash bag or rerack weights where they belong. Shoutout to Aja to who seems to be the only person that had any pride in her job! These photos are just a SMALL example of what I see here regularly and it wouldn’t be so infuriating if it wasn’t something myself and my peers have tried addressing multiple times to management that seems to not care. Again we get equipment breaks, we get there’s a process to fix things, but keeping the place clean is bare minimum and they’re failing to do that on every level. The new Planet fitness I’m hearing is beautiful and an Amped fitness will be here by summer, if something dosnt change soon this place will be out of business. I know I’ll be one of the first out of there.

A little crowded as you was expect for 5p and all It really would be nice if they would fix some of the equipment that has torn cushions Etc and clean the equipment.

I have to say that the customer service in this facility is less than desirable. I had a situation on March 4th, at 12 am, where my personal belonging (a shirt) was stolen from the bench outside of the sauna. I brought this situation over to the personnel to let them know and I also expressed my concerns that they could have stolen things from my car since my keys were wrapped in the shirt. Whomever took my shirt took the liberty of unwrapping it and luckily left the car keys on the bench. The gentleman that assisted me that night was very helpful and wrote my information down and told me that he would let his management know.The following day I come to front desk and ask if the manager was able to look at the surveillance cameras, but the lady with the glasses told me that there was no one available to do so since there was a change in management. To my surprise I asked if they had anyone in charge to look at the surveillance tape, but no one has access. I was even informed by that same lady that the sales manager, that was available or could be available, did not also had access to them. I was informed that the new management was not available until today, Monday March 11th and that then they would look into the situation. I had to give my information one more time.This lady was less than engaged and she did not even try be sympathetic about the situation. Even though it’s just a shirt I would expect that she would take this situation seriously since there is someone steeling personal belongings and at this point I don’t feel comfortable leaving anything unattended for even a minute. How come they leave inexperienced people in charge that don’t even have access to surveillance cameras or even have an acceptable level of customer service?Today I come and I ask again, to the same lady, and she keeps telling me to call back another day and that the manager today was so busy that she could not even look into it. At this point I feel less than a valued customer. It showed me that they don’t care about the situation. I had to write my information one more time and I was advised by her that the sales manager could have looked into the camera although last time she told me he/she could not. At this point she got on the phone and stepped away. It seemed that she was talking to a manager and then asked me to write my information down one more time. I was waiting next to her colleague for her to come back thinking she would give me a tentative resolution after talking to her manager. Her colleague told me to step away because he was assisting another customer (he also needs to be retrained in customer service). I stepped away towards the front desk where she was and after she stopped talking on the phone she started talking to other customers and I waited for 2-3 minutes for her to acknowledge me and tell me something or address me again as to conclude our conversation.. of course she didn’t because once again she has less than desirable customer service, empathy and critical thinking skills.I had to ask her if she was done with me and the conversation to what she said “yes”. I don’t even know what the resolution is or if I will get a call. I’m sorry, but this lady needs a change in attitude and training because this is not acceptable. I had to leave and I told her to her face that she lacks the basic skills for this simple job. I did not ask for his or her name but they are working tonight at this location March 11th and is right now 10:30pm. I am actively looking to change gyms and advice to management to retrain everyone and at 24 hour, as a biz, to look more closely into their employees behavior or performance

Instructors are awesome. However, there is NO AC IN THE CYCLING ROOM‼️ This makes me want to cancel my membership. It feels like I’m working out in the desert, Unacceptable ‼️. My daughter has overheated 2 times already. We just signed up and we are already ready to cancel‼️ I’ve been told two different reasons on why it hasn’t been fixed yet! We just want it fixed, we pay our membership fees & this shouldn’t be an issue‼️ We are going to give it a few days as we were told that the new contractors are taking over on this Monday‼️. Also, I have gone to the ladies bathroom and it is always filthy‼️??.

This gym is disgusting! The day we went to sign up at this gym, we had several questions about the management and servicing of the facilities. According to the assistant manager, Anthony, every single piece of equipment is wiped down daily and "deep cleaned" each month. He also said the restrooms are also cleaned daily, which was a bald-faced lie, and he knew it. We went into the restrooms, and they were filthy. The next day, they were even more disgusting. It was obvious they hadn't been cleaned in quote a while. Other members told us that the gym never gets cleaned. One person even pointed out a piece of paper on the floor in the cycle room that had been there at least 6 months. Also, one of the fans in the cycle room has been broken for quite some time. It is clear to me that management could care less about general cleanliness and maintenance, and the fact that Anthony lied about it to our face showed us a lack of care for clients. When we called to cancel our membership and told him why, he didn't even comment, just said he would take care of the cancelation. This gym just has really bad management and customer service.The only good thing about this gym are trainers Stacey, Filomena, and Jessica.

The gym is maintained pretty well, it takes them a little while to fix some of the equipment. However, I go there because of the people that work out there and also because of Sam! He is amazing. He keeps the gym in tiptop shape, he is high energy and always just so sweet with positive affirmations and a good word early in the morning.

This gym was so nice and clean 3 years ago. It has steadily declined into an un clean gym. Many times, there is garbage in the womens bathroom filled to the brim, hand sanitizers not filled with liquid, on the workout floor the same. Looking for a disinfectant spray to clean the machines and paper towels is always a search. Many times, there is none.Gym etiquette at this gym is poor. People are on their phones texting and do not care if people are waiting. I finally mentioned something at the front desk, and his reply was, :" it is only me and another person here at night." I told him that was no excuse. What should have been said was, " I am sorry about that. I will let a manager know and have someone call you back." I am in the process of searching for a NEW clean gym to go to now.

I have been coming here for 2 years consistently, one of the most dedicated and loyal members here and the staff knows me and sees me every day.There is definitely room for improvement. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the gym, and others are also mentioning this on reviews...so i'm not sure why my gym can't get it together here and just double down when it comes to the cleanliness. The guy who cleans is super nice and cool guy, but you're going to have to either work him more or hire some more janitorial help. The bathrooms are unacceptable...disgusting, and you're allowing people to die their hair which is leaving black stains all over. Put up a sign that says dying hair is prohibited or something, make it known this kind of thing is not welcome...it's disturbing to other members. Dye your hair somewhere else, it's a mess.Also, please order some more 10lb and 5lb weights, and more weight clips... maybe some clips were stolen, i'm not sure. But it should be on the budget to replenish this. We're always scouring around looking for those.Lastly, let's enforce the rule of making sure dudes are not taking off their shirt. It's completely unprofessional and disrespectful to everyone, including the elderly.Other than that, i love this gym. Please get up to class with your potential.

So I usually come around 12 a.m. and today on 1/20/24 I went to use the bathroom and the women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I’m talking hair in the shower floor, dust on the walls, toilet paper all over, even out of the stalls. Then my brother said that the same goes for the men’s bathroom. Then u go upstairs and they got paper towels everywhere. Gym equipment not where it’s supposed to go. Bottles of water everywhere. I told the staff at the desk that the bathrooms needed attention and the man dismissed me with a wave.
