what a vile little tin-pot company they are. I ordered one of their alleged hot bargain deals. Fair enough, they asked for proof of address which I gave. Then they started to make claims that they wouldn't recommend the unit or that I should wait to build my house! it was obvious that they couldn't do the deal. They cancelled the order without explanation but but when I called them out on this they became extremely abusive by calling me stupid and dumber! I'm just glad I got my money back from these clowns. There's obviously a reason why so many people have left similar reviews

I just ordered and received a pair of KEF LSX II speakers. They were advertised as factory reconditioned and subject to small dings and scuffs. I was a bit skeptical but decided to order them because the price was great. The speakers arrived in their original factory packaging and looked brand new. There were absolutely no imperfections, and the speakers are great. I would not hesitate to purchase from Accessories4less in the future.

This company is a rip off! I placed an order on the 20th and asked them to cancel the order the very next day - They said they had already shipped the item although no tracking was available. I asked for a cancellation but they would not cancel. Instead they charged my credit card, shipped the item which took forever to get to me and then want a RESTOCKING FEE and I am responsible for shipping costs - Terrible way to conduct business - Just say NO to these rip off artists.

I wish I would have read reviews before buying. You have been warned. I ordered a receiver a week and a half ago and still nothing. It took them 2 days and all they did was print a label. The biggest problem is they use FedEx....the world's worst shipping company. Tracking has shown it 30 miles from my house for 3 days. Accessories4less does not care. They just tell me to contact FedEx. But if they actually contacted them it might get their attention. If I am accessories4less I would want to reach out to FedEx to find out why FedEx is keeping me from serving a customer. Of course, there is no one available after 3pm ET so I can't even cancel my order that is beyond the promised shipping date and who knows where it could be.

I had a very good experience with accessories4less. I was able to communicate to sales and they were quick to respond and were able to delay shipping my order as I requested. The refurbished speakers I received looked and sounded like new. No hesitation in recommending them

Inquired about an item. After getting an answer I added the item to my cart and went to checkout. After entering credit card number and going to final page, the price increased $100. I deleted and refreshed everything and tried it again. Yep the company increased the price on me. I'll take my business somewhere else and suggest you do the same.

I have found that over the years Accessories4less have great products and quick delivery and service. I have purchased many items both large and small and have one had one issue and because I had the extended warranty it was no problem. My receiver shipped with no remote and they overnighted it to me for free. People have posted bad reviews for a host of different reasons. A lot of which are FedEx or UPS's fault and out of their control and others are legit. But people have to realize that most of these products are refurbished, returns, repaired and are not brand new. All the products I have purchased have been repaired by the manufacturer they look and work as they should and were packaged and sealed by the manufacturer themselves. Some products may come with scratches and a small ding or two but they disclose on the website what to expect. New, like new, B Stock and so on. So read the descriptions and go through the product page links so you are not surprised or disappointed. They are a great company and they have saved me thousands of dollars on my setups and I highly appreciate and recommend them. Here is a picture of my latest purchase. You can see the steep discount and it clearly says it's B stock and is a refurbished product.

I bought a soundbar from them and 3 weeks later it died. Their website said it had a 90 day warranty, and any defective items they would pay shipping back. They aren't doing either because I don't have the original box. Basically just telling me to pound sand. Will definitely never buy from there again. $300 down the drain.Edit: yes offered a refund after then opening a discussion in Paypal. The package was packed up and ready to ship and then conversations ceased when I asked for a label to send it back. At the same time my account was deactivated and I was told that's what they do when there is a dispute. So I had to file a claim with Paypal. A return was accepted but I come to find out the shipping cost for me is $200+ because of the odd package size of a soundbar subwoofer combo. None the less, you can't replace something when they have no more of that item in stock and their only offer is pick something else that you don't want. In the end it was a defective item and they refused to pay the shipping back all because I didn't have the original box. People don't write terrible reviews for fun. It's done because companies keep making excuses when all they had to do is what is right and even what is in their own policies instead of deactivating accounts as how they deal with someone with a dispute.

This company is criminal. They basically sell products that have issues and then will string you along stating that it is you or other issues on why the product doesn't work. They will continue to do this long enough until you can no longer return anything and then won't respond anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

i purchased a used working QFX LCS-120 model rechargeable speaker on 12/23, it was clearly damaged & electronic features damaged via fedex shipping when i received. I reported it to this seller accessories4less did not help resolve this issue and left me with bad speaker. in good faith i tried, i have no choice but to dispute the bank credit card purchase.

Purchase a refurbished yamaha RX-A2080 home theater receiver wasn't working properly I got in contact with customer service told them the issue I was having, they told me bring back no questions ask and exchange for another one which is working perfectly. Plus they threw in a 3 year warranty included with the purchase highly recommended them ? for high end home theater equipment at a lower rate then most regular store.
