Amazing customer service! Elijah was beyond helpful. Answered 20 different questions for my dyi. Could not figure out the correct nuts for bolts. Could easily tell my stress level was crazy. But him letting me talk for 5 minutes so he understood me fully, made it better getting the correct parts I needed! Due to him my first project is complet and safe for my daughter I. Thank you so much Elijah, your store is beyond lucky to have you. Please never leave!

Bad experience today. I broke up a little pow pow in the back this morning wanting to purchase probably 100 in Stihl chains. Boy they were pissed off. Little Erkle looking guy didn’t know anything went to get the other mechanic not sure what he said to the mechanic but instant attitude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
All the other Ace hardware’s are extremely polite and knowledgeable.

On a mission for one specific old lawn mower air filter. An employee could tell I was on, what I thought was a hopeless mission and asked if I needed any help. He pointed me in the right direction and was helped by another employee that had the filter in hand within 30 seconds. Everyone was happy, helpful, and kind. The store was clean and organized. Overall just a great experience. I will without hesitation point people in the direction of this store. Well done and Thank you.

Was on vacation a week or two ago and stopped in the store for something. Girl was super helpful. I believe she was some kind of supervisor there. Very knowledgeable and was a great help!
