Will be shopping at Autozone for now on! AUTOZONE honors the parts they sell and if it doesn't work you get your money back. Advance just wanted to replace the part when they're defective part doesn't work. Sad that they ripped me off on a 50 dollar part when I will cost them so much more, all my friends work on their own cars. Such a dishonest company

Every time I go to this store advance Auto parts at 50 West main Street in Apopka they are so welcoming and great customer service and Betsy their general manager is awesome!

Stopped in because my car wouldn’t start. AAA said the battery needed a recharge and retest. Betsy at store 9125 (50 W Main st, Apopka FL) let me know how long it would take and when it was done, I was back on the road again. Outstanding customer service from Betsy, who disconnected and reconnected the battery for me too! Thank you.

Do not rely on this store. I ordered 3 parts. Waited 35 minutes to pick up in the store. One part wasn't in stock and another part was missing components. Shop elsewhere.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sean at the Apopka Advance Auto Parts store! Sean's dedication to customer service is truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct parts for my vehicle, even after two other stores failed to do so. Not only did he provide expert advice, but he also informed me about current sales promotions and guided me on how to order online to save money. Great place for good auto parts! I ordered a starter off of Amazon and what a disaster! My personal mechanic told me to go to Advance Auto for good parts . They also have great customer service. Highly recommend.
