Came in to pay a bill. The representative collected my i.d., began typing, left her monitor to help someone who just walked in to pay a light bill. What???? I held my composer. She finally finished with the gentleman and apologized to me. Not caring for it at the moment. Took her a little time to complete the transaction.
1st come 1st served us what I thought.
Guess not here.
Patience is a virtue.
