My family and I were stranded at a gas station with locked keys in the car, and the store manager of this location (William) took a break to come help us out after we called. We are beyond grateful for his customer service. It’s comforting to know genuine people still exist; Thank you William we appreciate you more than you know!

I was helped my Ms. Ismary and Mr. Jose from the Apopka at store 1081. Ms. Ismary was above and beyond to help me find the coverage since I didn’t remember my old number. She made me feel valued as a customer and Mr. Jose went ahead and installed the battery for me. I would definitely return there and highly recommend this store to anyone else. Great people.

Absolutely awful customer service. The lady that answered the phone with an attitude when I called and said I’m going to need an ac belt and before I could tell her the vehicle year make and model she cut me off and rudely blurted out in a very sarcastic tone that she can’t do that without my vehicle information. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager she then “claimed to be” the store manager and did not say or announce her name. I have a commercial account with this store that I will be apparently closing. There’s absolutely no need to be that rude to your customers.
