I would give this company zero stars if possible. They were contracted by the Florida Highway Patrol to tow my vehicle after I experienced a flat tire. While I understand the necessity of the initial tow, the company's subsequent business practices have been deeply troubling and reflect a severe lack of professionalism. My vehicle was towed on a Friday, yet despite the multiple attempts to contact them, and their office being closed on weekends, I was still charged storage fees for Saturday and Sunday. Upon arriving on Monday to retrieve my vehicle, I was informed I owed $344.00 in towing and storage fees. Despite making multiple phone calls and being physically present at their location, I was only notified ten minutes before closing that they only accept cash payments. This last-minute notification forced me to rush to the bank to withdraw the necessary amount. Upon my return, I was initially refused service, though they eventually took my payment and did not release custody of my vehicle. Incredibly, after 45 minutes, an employee threw the cash onto the hood of the vehicle I arrived in, a blatant display of disrespect. Furthermore, another staff member entered the tow yard, only to block my vehicle by moving another car in front of it pinning it against the fence. I returned to the tow yard today, September 10, 2024, with the same cash, only to be met with further refusal by the receptionist, who declined to speak with me or accept the payment. Meanwhile, they continue to add storage fees to my invoice, compounding an already unacceptable situation. I have made repeated attempts to speak this matter to the manager or owner, who has refused to communicate with me in general. This forced me to involve the Orange County Sheriff's Department. At the time of this review, my vehicle remains in the company's custody. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for basic customer service is utterly unacceptable, and I strongly caution others against doing business with this company.

Driver with E9951e plate cut me off on obt with no signal light and almost hit me then continued to drive erratic 1/22/24 they need to be taken off the road

We called them directly rather going through insurance to avoid making a claim. The driver was helpful to my daughter, who had a flat after hitting a pot hole. I would use them again!
