I can’t say enough good things about this Boost Mobile store and especially Sean! He’s helped me fix my phone at least six different times, and every single time he’s been professional, patient, and extremely friendly. What I really appreciate is how he takes the time to explain the process step by step so I always understand what’s going on.
The store itself is always spotless and even smells great, which makes the whole experience that much better. Sean goes above and beyond, and it’s clear he really cares about his customers. Highly recommend this store if you need any phone help!

Highly recommended Boost Mobile store. The owner always goes above and beyond to make us satisfied. I have been coming here since 6 years and never got disappointed. Sean shared how someone left them a fake review so here is my review to support him. His store doesn't have any kind of odor or unpleasant smell at all so leaving a review about that would be outrageous and insane. Support him and bring him more business why because they are honest, they are hardworking and always ready to help. Never disappoints.

Came in to get a new iPhone. They were very fast, very efficient and very helpful. Usually, I tried going in to get a new phone because it just takes so long, but not this time. Wonderful people I will definitely be coming back to give them my business again in the future. I highly recommend this boost mobile store. I would definitely recommend this boost mobile store. To the man and woman that helped me out with getting a new phone and transferring all of my data onto my new phone, thank you very much for making my day a little easier. I upgraded from an iPhone13 to the IPhone 16E.

Just had the best experience at a phone store ever. My fiance and I went in looking to get him a new phone and change his plan type. I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was the only one working there today when we went in at around 2pm. When we came in there were 2 other people he was helping at the same time, and he started helping us right away as well. This man was multitasking to the max and was so friendly, responsive, and helpful to everyone. He got everyone done in order, and my fiance now has a better plan, and a new the Razer Flip phone. Thank you to this man doing it all and more on his own! Carrying the store!

I called and talked to the wife and the husband numerous of times before I drove from almost Daytona here. Then once I get there the price changed. Talking about it's a bundle deal. Almost doubled what was told on the phone

So I just got a notification stating that my review is popular, but I never left a review for this store. I go to check it out, and there was a 5 star rating left from my account! This had to have been done by the guy who was "fixing" my phone, which never got fixed so I would not have left a 5 star review. I thought maybe I forgot leaving the review, but then I saw that he left another 5 star review using my account for a different boost store that I never went to! So it had to be him. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PHONE! IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW I CAN FLAG THEM FOR FALSE REVIEWS, please let me know. If you remove my review I will leave it again!! How dare you go through my phone to leave a review for your terrible store. I wish I could take legal action. I feel violated! I will be looking into how I can take further action.

I have to say this was the best customer care I have ever experienced! Sean at boost mobile and his wife that run this store, greatly care for their clients! The screen on my iPhone stopped working after I got it replaced and Sean went the extra mile to try to fix it. I was worried about being without a phone being that I use it for work, he gave me a phone to use in the meantime! I highly recommend everyone to go to this store! They truly care and deserve all the business. Wish you guys nothing but the best and thank you for making it possible for me to have a phone without spending a bunch of money!
