The gas attendant here said the key to the customer bathroom got locked in the customer bathroom, would not get another one made for weeks, and said there is an employee bathroom for him and him only, not for any customers. Be warned.

The worst BP station, the employees are extremely rude and do not accept credit card rewards they advertise all over the station and store . Very disappointing!!DON'T GO THERE !!

Do not come here unless you have cash. They charging 10 cents more for debit or credit card. Horrible service they don’t even say it.

Because I'm so close to it almost everyday I tend to walk by this place quite often they might not have the cheapest items but they are for the most part a good store to go to when you need something here there I wouldn't recommend trying to go there during anywhere after 12 at the night because it seems that they're more than likely closed unless you do get that one day where they have some of the employees that can do overnight shifts with another person there but generally it's just one person and they did not have the store open with just one person during that time I'm not sure if it's actually a rule or if it's more because I know the place may have a lot of trash on the sides but that's mostly due to people doing drugs and not caring about the property whenever I go there and I see a lot of trash I usually offer my help because I believe just because you're homeless doesn't mean that you can't pick up or help especially if you go there frequently

The store has no regular set hours despite claiming to be 24 hours, they open and close whenever they want to. When I jokingly pointed out the inconsistent hours to the regular night manager (just now), he admitted to it yet oddly took offense and went on a defensive rant claiming I "had no common sense"?? It was really bizarre and completely uncalled for.I don't know if he was having a bad night but nothing I said warranted that kind of rude response. I've been going to this BP for years, not because of the quality service but location. Never again though, they just lost a customer. Also their bathrooms are always filthy, even during a pandemic.

They are closed with no sign saying so and google maps says they are open 24 hours this is a lie and false advertisement and needs to be changed!!! Employees are very crappy too
