The customer service at Chase Bank is horrible. I will never recommend Chase to any of my friends or family. Veronica the manager was very unprofessional and rude.Chase should deliver better customer service.

The worst bank in Apopka they have the absolute worst customer service ever please don't waste your time opening up and account at chase the hire the worst people in America!!!!!! Paublo is horrible.

It can be incredibly disheartening to walk into a bank, where you entrust your finances, only to be spoken down to by an individual at the entrance. nobody deserves to be treated disrespectfully. The individual at Chase Bank in Apopka, who stands at the front door and exhibits such behavior, is doing a disservice not only to the bank but also to the professional image associated with the institution. It's unfortunate to encounter such behavior from a banker who should uphold the values of customer service and respect. This type of conduct is unbecoming and reflects poorly on both the individual and the institution they represent. It's essential for businesses like Chase Bank to maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all levels of interaction.

If you speak Spanish you will be fine. I have quite a bit of money invested with this bank; however, they won't do a simple service as getting a document notarized without booking an appointment a week in advance. Yet, the Spanish greeter at the door spends 20 minutes at minimum helping Spanish speaking people who do not have appointments, accounts or even US identification. She makes sure to go to the back and speak with the reps personally to get them seen. And when you do get an appointment, they are 30 to 40 minutes late because they just don't care. This has happened to us three times.

This bank is horrible. My wife came down to get herself added to a elderly persons account that we care for as a payee,and one of the clerks told her to go home someone would call her and approve her. And to a surprise she got a call that dcf wanted to see her face to face at our address, to see if she was safe. Came to my home and Did a thorough check and everythingcheckedout ok .So then I went 4 days later with her this time and a manager named Jack Rooks called himself helping me close her account and he wouldn't let me and treated me like I was taking advantage of her . It took a full week to finish the process after getting her on the phone and asking her questions like are these people making you do things against your will? They are surely unprofessional ,rude and stereotypical.

I Give Chase Bank A 5 Star Rating. The Bank Tellers And Staff Are Very Kind And Friendly. I’ve Been With Chase Bank Since The Year 2016. It Now The Year 2024 And am Still Banking Witn Chase Bank.

Worst branch in the area. They do not answer the phones and also they try to claim no control over the atm that’s parked and says chase in the drive thru ????since when do they close at 5 on Fridays.. must be nice

Don’t go to this bank!System issues on multiple occasions. Even when the issue is their fault, they did nothing to satisfy the customer. I will never bank with them again!

Very slow service. One teller just looked at everyone in line. Will not be back at this one. Teller took forever to call someone over. Dawn was great but other woman was terrible.

This branch runs smoothly during the day Monday-Friday. The ladies up front are always fast, efficient, and friendly. I have had to talk to a few people before getting an appointment so I recommend doing that online instead of in branch. Things such as deposits, withdrawals, or paying on an account are quick and easy.
