I felt I was treated as a criminal after being with Chase Bank for
over 25 years.
I went to the Chase Bank at 2111 E Semoran Blvd to deposit a
check that I received from my Home Insurance due to Hurricane
roof damage. It was made out to myself, my wife and a Public
Claims Adjuster.
On the back of the check, it was validated, stamped and signed
by the Claims Adjuster. I went up to BANK JAVIER and signed the check. He said it would also needed to be signed by my wife.
I told him I would have it signed and will return shortly.
I went home, had it signed by my wife and returned to the Chase Bank 15 mintues later. That was not enough, BANKER JAVIER
questioned who the Claims Adjuster was and that he then could not accept the check due to Chase policy.
I asked him why ? It was signed by myself, my wife and the
Public Adjuster with stamp, signature and validation. Still that was not enough and did not give me more information other than he could not accept it.
Of course I was upset and left the Chase bank at 2111 East
Semoran Blvd. I went to another Chase Bank and had NO problem depositing the check onto my Chase Bank Account.
The Banker there said it had no holds on it and would be
available the next day.
I went back to the unfriendly Chase Bank at 2111 E Semoran Blvd to complain and talk with BANKER ELISE who was the
acting Manager for the day. What a Joke !!! She stated that there were certain steps that had to be done with the signatures,
ending up that it had to be deposited on to a business account ?? What a Lie ! I was getting a headache due to all of this and left
the Chase Bank. While calming down and driving home, I asked myself, Not everyone has a business account ??? Later that evening, I checked my Chase Bank Account where the funds were pending hours before but now are available.
After 25 years with Chase Bank, I felt I was treated by these two Bankers as a criminal who was trying to pass a fake check. Horrible customer service.

I arrived at the bank 2 minutes after they closed and understandably the door was locked. I was okay with using the ATM outside but unfortunately, it was broken. I made eye contact with banker Elise to inform her that the ATM seemed broken. After trying to tell her, she ignored me as if she could not see or hear me. I was thankful that Steven was present to clarify the issue and he offered me several solutions. Steven proceeded to further assist me but very quickly, Elise could magically hear and see me all of a sudden to deny his efforts. It is sad to see chase have such unwilling and sorry to say, lazy employees. Ive been a customer since the washington mutual acquisition. It has changed drastically throughout the years. I hope nothing but the best for Steven as he is an individual that goes above and beyond for his customers. If you plan to bank at this branch, try to speak with Steven. With my brief encounter, he was the nicest, attentive and overall professional there.

Absolutely terrible bank! Don't even have an account my wife and I have a car loan through the bank and they would not even let me make a payment on my wife's loan! Shouldn't matter where the payments coming from as long as you're getting a payment for your loan that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard! Time to refinance my loan to get away from this place!

There is a person working there named Steven R. His customer service skills are horrendous. I went there today inquiring about certain fees for a service I need to handle and he thought talking down to me was the way to handle the situation. As if I had no idea what I was talking about. I hope you read this, Steven, and I hope you get off your high horse. I went to another branch and they helped me with everything.

They should close Apopka branch or get better professional employees, they are very in-respectful personal working in that place, when i can make it to the one in Main Street and i have to go to this branch i fell the worst bad felling ever.They better get trained or realize we are customers no animals.

Just wanted to say thank you for the help with the notarization I needed today. The notary was very busy and it was a bit of a wait. But the staff checked on me numerous times and apologized for the wait. I also had a difficult document to sign but they found a way to complete the notarization for me. Thank you so much!
