Its 8:30 in the morning bout to go inside the springs and decide to pick up a breakfast sandwich, I walk inside and all there is, is a beef burrito and cheeseburger, I then see the lady with a cart that has all of the breakfast sandwiches and I go to grab one and she nips at me ‘you can’t grab those until it’s fully defrosted” in a semi-agressive tone even though they were gonna end up getting cooked in the oven anyways. I just wanted some breakfast lol either someone didnt do there job last night defrosting them or someone didnt do there job this morning cooking them.

On march 26th, at 12:30pm, the subway customer service was horrible, we tried to buy 3 sandwiches, the subway workers were hiding instead of taking our order, we had to call them over in order to take care of us. It was apparent that the worker did not know how to make the sandwich and was poorly trained. Whilst the manager watched over without providing any help or instruction or customer service. They watched us waiting for us to instruct them without asking what type of bread/meat/toppings we wanted as if we were supposed to know exactly what to say, this was our first time at subway and we were extremely confused. The workers looked at us with attitude, were moving at the pace of a turtle, looked very unhygienic, even bent over and put their breast on our sandwiches, a fly landed on multiple sandwiches and they did not replace the meat or shoo the fly away. When we questioned whether the sandwich maker knew what she was doing, the manager replied by yelling “Excuse me? Get out!!” we were told to leave by the manager after being provided terribly customer service and unsanitary food. This location is terrible and missed out on 3 orders of food because of the horrible service, all the workers had terrible attitudes, this entire store needs a complete rehire of workers and then I can see this establishment actually making money after that. We said to forget about our food and went to pay for gas at the circle k register and the manager was still yelling at us to get out.

This is the most disgusting Circle K I have ever stepped into. The bathrooms are always covered in urine. The trash cans out by the pumps are always overflowing. STAY AWAY.

How UTTERLY DISGUSTING! They have 2 bathrooms. But only allow the men's to be in use for customers. They have the employees only on the women's bathroom and they lock it. Their bathroom smelled of urine and feces. HEB C is just lurking in there. If I could give 0 stars I would. Early morning to get beverages and use the restroom while people wait to get into the spring. I waited a HOUR just to use the restroom.
