CosmoProf is a store with a great and helpful staff who provide amazing customer service. The staff is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help, making customers feel welcome. They offer great recommendations and advice for products, explain details, and answer questions. They happily go the extra mile to help and make every effort to find items. The location is always clean and easy to navigate, providing a pleasant and positive experience.
Love this store and the staff! They have always been super helpful. I’ve recently transitioned from Redken to Wella and Kristen has help make the transition easier by answering all of my questions! My favorite Cosmoprof by far ❣️
