Kristin is amazing and always so welcoming and willing to help me find any product I’m looking for, she also makes great recommendations on products I haven’t used before and explains in detail how they work and are used. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at the Apopka location I always have had a pleasant experience.

Love this store and the staff! They have always been super helpful. I’ve recently transitioned from Redken to Wella and Kristen has help make the transition easier by answering all of my questions! My favorite Cosmoprof by far ❣️

I’ve been coming to this particular location for over 10 years. Not until in the last 1.5-2 years each time I walk into the store I am followed. I am a product junkie so I take my time a walk each isle (it’s a small store) and shop. I am asked over and over do I need help, what colors am I looking for…They even send a worker to fake like she working on each isle I am shopping on. I don’t understand why only certain people are harassed. I’ve witness other shoppers come in be greeted and left to do their shopping in peace. I’ve voiced my concerns about this twice in the past and still the same thing. Yesterday I went it to grab some color and developer. After speaking I was looking in my phone for the inspo pic when the worker asked if I needed help. I told her No. and continued to shop for the color she STOOD there then asked me, can she help me find something. Again I told her NO I AM FINE and held up my hand (as to say, please gone and mind your business). Without blinking she walked closer and asked me what color she could help me find. REALLY??? God forbids a BW walk into a store minding her business and is treated like she needs a chaperone to spend her money. I usually only go to Salon Centric but certain products require me to shop here but honestly I hate it. This new management team must’ve put out a bulletin for her crew to harass Black guests. I have spoken to the manager about this, and 2 of the workers. I really wish y’all would STOP!!!!

Love going to this location, always have a positive experience. Patricia is so helpful, friendly, and happily goes the extra mile to help the customer, and makes all effort possible to get things they may not have in stock. Her and the staff members here are awesome!

There is no reason to be so rude to someone that just wants to see a product because we do not have a membership. Learn how to explain to those that are not aware of this store. Lock your doors and open only to your members then. Easy
