The gym is a great CrossFit place and strong safe programming and effective workouts. Coaches are great, super knowledgeable and wonderful, building community and encouraging members. The group is welcoming and friendly and gave a great value for beginners. Staff are accommodating, able to modify exercises to fit your needs and gave suggestions on form. Workouts are challenging but achievable and coaches walking around during class making sure form is correct. Overall the gym is very welcoming for any looking.
