Date of EXCEPTIONAL experience: Aug 8,2023\\n\\nWhile picking up our prescription for our son, we ran into some issues with our Tricare insurance. While I was on the phone Mr David “Dave” was working with my husband to find a cheaper alternative to paying for our son’s prescription. Upon finally realizing that our son wasn’t covered due to not being registered onto DEERS a mistake on our end, we were able to find a way cheaper payment option thanks to Mr Dave. While waiting for our son’s prescription being filled we realized that Mr Dave PAID for our son’s prescription! Told us he’s sorry we ran into this unfortunate situation and he was more than happy to help us!! Thanked us for our service, as we are both service members. We were both in tears, we have never ever had this happen to us. Mr Dave was so incredibly patient with us and extremely helpful with this whole process. He didn’t have to go the extra mile to help us and especially didn’t have to pay for our son’s prescription. Mr Dave is an outstanding person inside and out. As we were leaving he showed the same caring personality with the customer behind us. Overall he is an outstanding employee and individual and made our experience that much better. We are incredibly thankful for him and will never forget this wonderful experience with him.

In the evenings there is only one tech with the pharmacist. Looks like they could use a second tech to deal with long lines inside stores and endless drive thru. A multi billion dollar company should be able to provide this minimal type of support. Step up CVS. As a pharmacy though, the staff is wonderful. Great service and knowledgeable.

They don't like answering the phone poor customer service and very lazy I regret I even came to this location

If I could give a zero, I would. Mariel the pharmacist purposely filled my prescription incorrectly and then insisted she was correct. The prescription was for three months of birth control pills, taking only active pills. She insisted that the doctor didn't specifically request four boxes, therefore (even though she knew she was only giving me two months of pills I could actually use) she refused to fill the prescription for three full months. My insurance (ironically CVS Caremark, which is also a nightmare to work with) won't refill until the end of three months. Thanks for totally screwing me over and leaving me without a month of birth control, Mariel!

Quick, friendly service at this pharmacy. Can't give five stars because this location does not offer drive through.
