WARNING!!!!!! Don't be surprised to be overcharged at this store!!
This week I stopped at this CVS to pick up one item that had a price tag of $10.99 on the shelf. At the check out it was charged at $15.99. Upon disputing this checkout price with the cashier, she said she'd have to go back to the shelf to check the price. When returning she brought back an unrelated tag with no prices which said buy one and get the second at a discount. (But only one item was available). I refused the item and went to Walgreen's. Guess what the price was for the item? If you guessed $10.99 at Walgreen's you are correct.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from Pharmacist Adrianna at CVS Pharmacy (located at 2311 E Semoran Blvd., Apopka, FL 32703).
When I encountered a frustrating situation with a nationwide shortage of my prescribed medication, Adrianna went above and beyond to assist me. Despite the challenges posed by the shortage and uncertain timelines for restocking, Adrianna demonstrated unwavering dedication & compassion. She took the time to understand my situation, patiently answered all my questions, and explored alternative options to ensure I received the necessary treatment.
Adrianna's professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for my well-being truly made a difference during this stressful time. Her proactive approach and commitment to customer care are a testament to her outstanding character and dedication to her profession.
Adrianna is one of those rare employees who truly understands what customer service is all about; she is – without a doubt – a tremendous asset for CVS. I hope you let her know I sent you a compliment about her wonderful work ethic & customer service.

This store really should be closed. If the staff has no interest in customer service. Not sure why the Company pays some one to walk around and vape all the while customers have to check themselves out. Grew up with Walgreens and Eckerds. I will stick with what I know.

Came to pick up a photo I printed online for free from T-Mobile Tuesday. Register clerk said I needed to pay. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to assist and they still stated I needed to pay even though I follow the steps as a stated on T-Mobile Tuesday special. Very poor customer service.

I just spoke with the pharmacy there she was very unprofessional rude and very short with a customer, was not called for this need to be addressed by management there.
